We are conveniently located away from traffic noise off State Highway 77 in Milam County—near the junction with State Highway 79 and just a few miles north of the small town of Rockdale, TX. We are “in the heart of the Texas Triangle” between San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas with easy access to Interstate 10, Interstate 35, and Interstate 45. This means a central location less than one hour’s drive from our closer metro neighbors Waco, Austin, and College Station, TX. Our park spans five and half acres, including a placid duck pond with three ducks and bass that visitors can catch and release! Deer often cross the Park in the morning and at night. Brazos River Retreat, located just 25 miles from downtown Houston and 20 miles from the Medical Center, is a hidden little honey hole. Most campers are convinced they are lost on the way here because you come through a beautiful neighborhood of mansions and multimillion dollar homes. The park is in a secluded area where the park owners chose to keep the peace and tranquility of the natural area. This is not your typical park location. It is built in the middle of some of the most expensive properties in the suburb of Houston called Sugar Land. Once you are on the wooded property, you would believe you are miles away from civilization. However, our park’s neighborhood has two Starbucks, a “Signature Kroger” grocery store, multiple local restaurants, major bank branches, spas, Target, Walmart, etc. Our park features back in, pull thru, full 20/30/50 amp water and sewer sites. Some amenities include trash services, bbq/grill, picnic tables and beautiful waterfront views to list a few. The Woodland Lakes RV Park is located in the beautiful town of Conroe and is a great spot for an authentic southern adventure. We offer campsites with water only, water and electricity or full hookups with 50-amp service and sewer. The Grounds offer picnic tables, grills, fire rings, laundry facility and WiFi! There are separate showers and restrooms onsite, a water splash pad, nature trails and a campground office complete with sundries and firewood for purchase. The 15-acre Cherokee Lake is where fishermen will find a variety fish including crappie, catfish, striped bass, sauger, walleye, smallmouth bass, bluegill and largemouth bass. Triple Creek RV Music Park is an utterly unique RV park that is located just outside of Woodville, Texas in the quiet remote areas of a forest.  We are surrounded by thousand of acres of tranquil nature.  Our claim to fame is taking our instruments out and playing music.  We make music, and lots of it!!   Both locals and RV’s gather in our “Jam Shack” to play music.  We highlight Gospel, Old Country & Bluegrass on respective weekends…(jamming all week long by our seasonal Snowbirds).   Our jam sessions are informal musical events where musicians play their tunes, songs and run those chord progressions.  You are welcome to participate in the circle of musicians and start making memories.   Word of caution, we really are out in the sticks!  We like it this way.  But, we do have 30/50 amp electric, water and sewer site hookups. Guests can enjoy access to WiFi  along with shower, restroom, laundry facilities propane, ice & US Mail service.  We don’t have cable TV, but we entertain ourselves playing our instruments to make music!   We also have a "Hen House" for those that want to spin, weave and quilt.  Its fully equipped.

The Sunset Cove Marina is located in the beautiful town of Corsicana, Texas and is a great spot for an authentic outdoor adventure. Campers can look forward to a number of activities along the Richland Chambers Lake; travelers can enjoy excellent fishing and boating, as well as sunset and scenic viewing along the lake. There's  pecan trees to provide shade for shore-side picnicking and swimming, and there's also plenty of space on the water for kayaking, paddle boarding and canoeing. Now open is our café serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Just beyond the campground is a number of other attractions including: Pioneer Village, the Pearce Museum, Angelita Vineyard and Winery, Navarro Mills Lake, Canterbury Court Antiques, Corsicana Field Aviation Heritage Foundation Museum and fishing charters and tours. Located in Bryan, Texas, Galloping Snail RV Park is a very fun park for the family and pets! There is enough space for anyone, if you are traveling, passing through or want a longer camping trip. There are 68 spaces, 20 are pull-thru, 48 back in all with full hookups (20/30/50 amp) and with all the amenities you could need.  We have the 10 year RV rule here.. There are a lot of fun activities to do for everyone to not only get people together, but also to get to enjoy the environment. There is a 2400 sq. ft clubhouse with a full kitchen, workout room, real 45rpm jukebox, darts, skeeball, foosball, airhockey, pooltable, video games, and a bowling lane!
