Welcome to East Park Village RV Park! We are the nicest rv park in Channelview and yet we have very competitive rates. East Park Village is conveniently located just a couple of blocks from I-10 on a quiet neighborhood street. We are close to Pasadena, Deer Park and Houston. You will love our large sites with plenty of room for your rv and your car; and plenty of room between you and your neighbor. Concrete sites and streets with plenty of grass and huge trees make this rv resort feel like home! Our park offers a very quiet, peaceful atmosphere and our on-site manager will take care of all your needs. Come see for yourself why our customers love East Park Village RV Park! Rules

Responsibility

As a guest at Bay RV Park, you are responsible for the actions of your visitors.

Repairs

No vehicle repairs that require more than 4 hours. No major repairs allowed on-site. Cars that aren’t running well are not allowed in the park.

Storage

We do not allow storage of personal property outside your RV. Only professionally built or manufactured storage units are allowed.

RV/Car washing

If you wash your RV or vehicle at your site there is a $5 charge payable prior to washing. Check with the office manager for details.

Trash

Trash must be put in the dumpster. If you keep trash outside your RV, it must be in a closed receptacle. It is up to you to keep the area around your RV neat and clean.

Vehicles

Do not park vehicles in the roadway. One tow vehicle per site is allowed.

Pets

Pets must be leashed. No barking dogs staked outside. Always clean up after your pet. No aggressive dog breeds allowed. All other pets must be approved by RV Park management. Pets must be kept indoors. Owners are responsible for the behavior of their pet.

Children

Children 13 and under must be supervised at all times, in accordance with the Texas State Law. Injuries to an unsupervised child may result in criminal charges against the parents. No more than one child per RV unless the stay is short-term.

RV's

Old, unmaintained, or damaged RVs are not allowed in the park.

Quiet Hours

We want you to enjoy your stay at East Park Village RV Park. Fun and partying are welcome, but please be aware of the other campground guests, especially after dark. Quiet hours are observed from 10PM to 7AM.

Right now we are just 32 sites, but we plan to expand on the other side of Avenue D which will add 44 more spaces. The map will be updated once the expansion has been completed.

Area Tips

East Park Village RV Park is just blocks away from the San Jacinto River where you can enjoy boating and fishing. We are also just minutes from Downtown Houston where you can find fantastic restaurants and a lively nightlife. Just toward the southwest side of downtown you will also find the Houston Zoo. For people who work in Pasadena, Deer Park, Houston, or Baytown, we are very conveniently located.
