Easy to find off I-10. Pull through long site. Clean and quiet. Arrived after hours directions in box at office

The park was okay -- near a refinery so bad smells sometimes. My complaint is their refund policy. They say you can get a refund with 48 hours notice. We stayed two weeks then extended one week. We were able to leave early than anticipated so gave 48 hours notice of our intention to leave and they would not give us a refund. Deceptive policy so beware!

Very friendly and accommodating staff, nice clean campground, very easy in/out. They had a pull through for my big rig. Will return whenever going by the Pensacola area.

Very nice stop over spot for us. Perfect location and the price is right. On site manager could not be nicer. It looks like long term residents have most of the sites on the lake but you can enjoy it with a nice stroll around the park. I took my wife in her wheelchair for an evening stroll and the other guests were very warm and welcoming. It is level, easy access and our pull through was perfect. Never took off the car and headed out first thing. We will be back!

Extremely well kept, clean, and friendly. Rhonda made last minute arrangements for our family to come stay for a few days, without hesitation. The small, private feel makes for quiet nights and relaxing mornings. Would give more stars if possible!

We came in for an overnight in a 44’ coach towing our Jeep. We had requested a pull thru. We were put in spot #28. It was the shortest pull thru in the park. Coach literally was sticking out on the road in the front and Jeep was partially on the road in the back. There were four other pull thru’s beside us that were longer. We stayed put because it was just for the night but was frustrated they gave us such a short spot when they knew what we were driving. 40 minutes after putting out slides and hooking up we lost power. I went out to the power box to check and the breaker was tripped. I went to flip it back on and it was very hot and very loose. I attempted to place a call to the number on the info we were given since the office was closed for the night. The phone rang in the office. There was no emergency contact number listed. We had to bring the slides in, unhook and made the decision to move to the spot beside us and set up again. All this after driving 485 miles that day! I left a message on the office phone explaining the problem with spot #28 and why we moved. We left before office opened the next day and were never contacted about our issue with their bad breaker or the inconvenience of moving to another spot. No follow up phone call, no email, no explanation and no offer to refund. To clarify that I know it wasn’t my Coach that caused the problem we have a 2020 Newmar with a surge protection in the coach and a surge protector on the power cord going into the breaker box. The code was showing it was a bad breaker. I’m sure the campground wasn’t aware of the bad breaker but they need to list an emergency number and the least they could have done was reach out to me the next day.

Stopped for one night on our way back to Austin. Spacious sites we had a pull thru for our fifth wheel. Grounds mowed and trimmed- very clean looking. Rather than hook up sewer for single night stay we used on site rest rooms which were very clean. Will definitely stay here again if we head back east on IH 10.

Stayed overnight, got in late and left early. Check in progress was flawless and park was easy to navigate.

Nice little place. We stayed one night in #30, a pull-through near the front of the park. Plenty long for our 40-foot fifth wheel to stay hooked up. Our spot was paved; some spots had concrete pads with gravel. Our spot had newly laid gravel around the hookups, and there looked to be a number of areas with new gravel. We appreciated the gravel, because we would have been dealing with mud while hooking up. It was well kept and quiet, except for the train horn very nearby. We used white noise, so didn't bother our sleep, but about scared us to death earlier in the evening.

Hidden Lake is a lovely RV park, just off I-10 in Beaumont, TX. Clean, good facilities, lovely level, gravel pull-through site, and a very nice staff. We stayed two nights on our way to California, and look forward to staying again when we travel east.

Super nice RV Park! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Only stayed one night as we were passing through. Would definitely put on our list for an extended stay. Spacious very level sites.

Wonderful Mom & Pop RV Campground!! Friendly and accommodating staff. They even offer free coffee, tea, not chocolate and pastries! The private bathrooms are spotless and modern. The sites are not on top of each other...... they are angled so you are not viewing your neighbor’s rig. A perfect spot when traveling!!!

Great park with easy access near I-10. We were traveling cross country and stayed one night. Wish we would have planned more! Friendly people and large sites. Will put in my list of campgrounds for my next trip.

Very nice RV resort. We stayed on our way out to the West Coast (CA, OR, & WA) and on the way back home to FL. Easy in and out pull thru site. Easy access to eateries off I-10 area. Good Sam Park. Would recommend.

We stayed at Hidden Lake twice this past week! On the way to Reunioun Lake RV resort in Robert Louisana and on the way back. Nice location, friendly staff, clean restrooms and shower facilities. We really appreciated the list of restaurants and shopping suggestions. We would never have found New York Pizza and Pasta in Beaumont had it not been recommended. Will definitely stay here in the future should we journey this way again.
