We Stayed overnight two weeks ago on our way down to Florida and again overnight on our way back. The first time we arrived after the office closed, but they had a sheet with our reservation, site number, rules and amenities. They failed to mention that the cable was out; so my husband wasted at least 15 minutes trying to figure out why we couldn't get a signal! On our return, management was there and my husband mentioned the cable issue; she redirected us to a site that had cable! A storm blew through overnight and when we stepped outside to hitch up, our pad was covered in about 2 inches of standing water. So I couldn't give it a better review.

Campground Response

Thanks for staying with us Debra, I apologize about the cable being out, we are on the waiting list to have that repaired. The rain I have no control over. I do hope you return and stay again. Thanks for your review, Rhonda

Good for one night stop. Close to highway. There’s a small pond at the center with a walking path around. Concrete level sites, clean bathrooms, laundry.

Excellent RV Park for our overnight stop. We arrived after office hours and our check-in packet was all complete and waiting for us in the after-hours box. Comprehensive instructions allowed us to quickly find and set up our spot. Spaces were neat and clean, and utilities all worked perfectly. Office manager very pleasant and helpful when we checked out the next morning.

Campground Response

Thank you David for the kind review. I do hope you can return. Rhonda

We stopped here as a midpoint. Our spot was ok for a night stop but if I was staying for more than one night, I would definitely want a lakeside space, which were very nice. The campground is clean and felt safe. They had a little nature trail around the lake. The two reasons I gave 3 stars is first there is loud construction going on one side of the lake. Second, there are railroad tracks by the campground which woke us up twice even with our noise maker. Not sure when the construction will be complete but it looks like they are just starting it.

Campground Response

Thanks for choosing us to stay with Laura. I hope you return Rhonda

Booked a 3 night stay for January 27-Jan 30 based on photos on web site and our travel needs. Wr are pulling a 45’ 5th wheel. It was far from being close to the photos; not as represented. Smelled industrial, full park of full time workers in area, not nice looking, close sites and laundry and shower facilities were very sub-par. Pulled in at 9:00pm the night of the 27th and left by 10:00 am the next morning. I have asked for a refund 2 times through written message and to speak to the owner 3 times with no response and no refund. Web page says no refund; I get that part but this park was not even close to the level of price and not falsely represented. We moved down the road to a nice park for a few nights before continuing our travels. Brent

Campground Response

Brent, I am sorry you did not enjoy our park. The pictures are of the park because I took them myself. I guess every park is not for everyone. I hate you were so unhappy. Rhonda

Hidden Lake is a great RV Park with level pads, clean laundry and restrooms and very convenient to the places we wanted to visit in the Beaumont area. The staff was helpful, the neighbors were great and we enjoyed our time there.

Campground Response

Thank you Susan for staying here with us and thank you for the kind review. I do hope you return. Rhonda

We stopped here for two nights to visit family on our way through Beaumont. The pull-through site was paved and level. No jacks needed. The cable TV was not working and may have been an issue for the previous camper too. Wanted to fill our propane, but there wasn’t a licensed person on site to fill. Overall it was a very nice and clean RV park.

Campground Response

Thank you for the kind review Alan. I was on vacation and I am the one that fills the propane. I do hope you return. Rhonda

Very nice wide and long pull throughs. Easy access on and off of I-10. We arrived late after making our reservation online and they had left all the information we needed at their front door of the office. Very quite, restful night and a real pleasant stay!

The park was not well maintained. Grass was very high. Staff seldom answered the phone. Roads are in need of repair. Location is very noisy from I-10 traffic. It was convenient for a single overnight stay.

Campground Response

I really hate that you feel this way, I try and keep the park very well maintained. You may have stayed after a rain and the ground is to wet to mow. I do hope you will return and take another look at our park. Thanks for staying. Rhonda

Great place to stay, office staff was amazing! Easy in and out in my 40 ft pusher with a long bed truck as a flat tow on top of that.

Campground Response

Thank you Kadin for the kind words. I do hope you return and stay again with us. Rhonda

We like Hidden Lake RV when traveling through the Beaumont area. We have only stayed one night each time but found it to be quiet, easy to get to and very comfortable. There are a lot of seasonal or full timers but everything is kept up and the facilities are nice. Would definitely stay again. Office gal was very nice!

Campground Response

Thank you Lori for the nice review. I do hope you return. Rhonda

Seems like a place for temporary works and people travelling through. Clean and friendly making it a good place to stay. Sites were nicely laid out and level. I was there to visit my son and golf with him for a few days.
