The Woodland Lakes RV Park is located in the beautiful town of Conroe and is a great spot for an authentic southern adventure. Historic downtown Conroe is a great place for exploring and soaking in local art, the Sam Houston National Forest is great for scenic viewing and the Southern Star Brewing Company are camper favorites. Campers can also look forward to a number of nearby attractions such as the W G Jones State Forest which is popular for its hiking trails and 2 small lakes for fishing, boating, canoeing and kayaking.

Every site offers full hookups with 30 and 50 amp, free cable and WiFi and patio with sitting. The park also offers comfortable amenities such as public bathrooms and showers, a club house, onsite propane, a leash free dog park and two laundry facilities.

The 7 Acre Wood petting zoo and mini-golf area is also excellent for group fun, and Lake Conroe Park and Recreation Area are both perfect for nature walking, fishing and swimming. The park is also a short drive from Houston, and is in an ideal spot for a day trip to this bustling Texas metropolis. In Houston, travelers can look forward to an urban adventure, with plenty of great restaurants, entertainment, art galleries, museums and historic sites to enjoy.

Theres plenty to do around here, so whether its for a night or two, we hope to see you soon!

We are conveniently located between The Woodlands and Conroe. Our park has easy to highway 45 and is also tucked away to have a country feel. If you are looking for a night out on the city, Houston is 34 miles south. Anything you could need or want is just a short distance away.

Staff was friendly and the property was in fantastic condition. We had a great view of one of the ponds and it was lovely in the evening. Wifi was one of the best offerings we have received in an RV park. The only downside of our trip was our neighbor was feeding the ducks in between our trailers at 7am. There were about 100 ducks making it EXTREMELY loud. Pretty inconsiderate to those around them.

Nice clean place pads are large tables and chairs at each site

Jeffrey Lawrence

Great location, close to everything, good rates, large pull thru spaces, strong water pressure. Nice staff

Michael Nesbitt

Great experience. Friendly folks and clean, orderly park. We'll be back.

Charles Jennings

Enjoyed our stay. Park was close to all of our medical appointments, grocery store, eating places and fuel. It was a very quiet park which was pleasantly surprising. The staff was super friendly. We will be back.

Sarah was able to accommodate me on short notice and I was very pleased with my stay at Woodland Lakes RV Park. The property was clean and quiet while everything you need is close by. I would highly recommend this park to anyone looking in the North Houston area.

First time at this location. Woukd give it 10 stars if we could. It is just up the road from where we store our 5th wheel when not on the road. Close to HEB grocery store, Home Depot and Sam's Club. Used this location to stage before we hit the road. Customer service is first rate. Camp was well maintained and all features were in good working order. Will be using this camp as we come and go between the sticks and bricks and being on the road. Thank you management staff for the out standing customer service.

We had a lovely site overlooking a lake. It was quite and very convenient to where we needed to be. Would stay again.

Susan Kinder

We were there to see a concert and the location was very convenient to the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion as well as tons of restaurants. Our site was huge and we had a nice little patio with table and chairs. Other than someone in the neighborhood behind the park who thought we all wanted to listen to his music, the park was quiet. Office staff at check-in were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Johanna Love

The staff was very friendly, and the campground was clean and seemed well maintained. It was very close to the Cynthia Woods Pavilion, and other attractions. Would definitely stay there again/

Kevin Kenney

We attended a concert in the area and stayed just one night. The park is very nice and met all our needs. There are a lot of of nice restaurants and a nice HEB in the area as well.

Wade McKinney

We usually camp at state parks and COE parks. We had to attend an event at The Woodlands and this park was the closest. It is a very quiet and cute park with lakes and ducks! The site had full hook ups and a table and chairs on a little patio area. As is usual at private parks there was only a little room between sites but it was adequate. Lots of trash receptacles and there was a dog park with bags included. We did not use any other amenities but we did see a laundry and a group type area. No swimming pool. The staff was very friendly and should we require another trip to the area we won't hesitate to return to Woodland Lakes.

Joe Bennett

Very pleased with our stay at Woodland Lakes. Very quiet park with very friendly people. We evacuated from Louisiana for Hurricane Ida and only reserved for a week, but soon realized we needed to stay longer and not sure how much longer. The office staff, Tammy, assured us her manager, Sarah, would not have a problem with us needing to stay as long as we needed. This was a great comfort to my wife and I knowing we wouldn’t have to pick up and move to another park possibly even further away from our home. We have friends in this area and the park was was no more than 4 miles from their house. Have a brand new HEB grocery store in front of the park also an auto parts store, Starbucks, Mexican restaurant and all brand new. Costco a mile away and Lowe’s 2 miles. All in all, the park is located in an excellent location especially close to many restaurants in The Woodlands 4 miles south of the park. We will be staying here again.

Bobbi Draughon

A well-managed park. However, the environment was depressing with many RVs housing permanent residents (not happy campers). Three kids tortured the box turtles in the pond. Vacationers be warned: this is not an RV park for traveling adventurers so much as divorcees raising kids on a budget.

Campground Response

Thank you for your candid comment and bringing this to our attention. We do have long-term guests, and many repeat short-term happy campers, and require that they act in a humane manner as our wildlife is very important to us. We have addressed this specific issue and hope that you will give us another chance.

Kalondia Casey

The park was just an overnight stop for us but it was very clean. We had very little pressure, which was a frustration. Also, fire ants were an issue but with the rains in Texas we understand that.

Patrick Toomey

Great site and staff. Traffic noise was a problem.
