Our friendly staff is always ready to help! The Alamo River RV Resort features large RV spaces, shaded tent-camping sites, many by the river, a large meadow for all sorts of activities, and more. If you’re looking for a long-term place to call home, this is it ! If you’re visiting for a while, we’ll provide directions, information, and brochures to make sure your stay at our park, and trips to the great outdoors is just that: Great!

We’re less than 30 minutes from the most popular San Antonio attractions including The Alamo, The River Walk, Lackland AFB, Sea World, Fort Sam Houston, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Shopping at Super Walmart, just 12 minutes’ drive; Trader’s Village – a 10 minute drive; and many restaurants and dining options.

Alamo River RV Ranch is located near Von Ormy, 15 miles from downtown SA, and is a popular place to kick-back and enjoy the gorgeous, culturally-rich city of San Antonio. For visitors looking for a quiet Texas getaway, look forward to on-site activities such as basketball, horseshoe toss, hiking, biking, and tether ball. Campers can also explore the Medina River, known for excellent fishing, canoeing and water rafting! There's also tons to do just outside of the campground, including: the Alamo for tours and a walk through San Anotnio's history, the Riverwalk, the San Antonio, the Botanical Garden, Six Flags: Fiesta Texas and some of the best Tex-Mex restaurants in the world! The campground features full hookup campsites that are big rig friendly for RVs of up to 60 feet long, a dog run, free WiFi, a fitness center, picnic tables, fire circles, and grills.
