We had a late arrival and they were patient in accommodating that. It's a very small, surprisingly quiet RV park. The only "downside" is that there are no public restrooms. That would've been nice, but overall a good experience.

Nice boutique experience with very nice owners. Just a half mile from the River Walk.

Great location. Very nice owners. Very safe

This spot is a gem in San Antonio. Very clean, friendly hosts, walk to the 2 Southern most missions. Very accessible to the Riverwalk and therefore bike into the beautiful city of San Antonio. There are only 5 sites so it is quiet and the gate to the property is kept locked with camper only access, so one feels safe parking your RV then leaving for day trips. This location is lovely and the San Antonio area has much to offer. A great find!!!

We needed a place for our 22' RV for two nights and were fortunate to see the listing for Yanawana. It is ideally located for doing the Mission Trail which was our goal. You could easily bike to 3 of them or even walk to Espada from the camp. There are just a few sites, each with all hookups. Very quiet and secluded. Hosts Gabby and Clemente could not have been nicer. The gave us info on where to get good local Tex Mex food and how to park our RV when we went to the Alamo. All in all, a very nice, family run campground.

Wonderful RV Park very close to San Antonio. Great host who gave us advice on what to see! Very clean camp ground with all amenities. Would highly recommend this RV Park!

Loved this hidden gem of a campground. Walking distance to the mission reach bike trail and Mission Espada. We used our e-bikes to get around to all the missions and downtown area. Very quiet and cute, hosts are very nice. WiFi was pretty decent for a campground too! We would highly recommend to anyway coming to the San Antonio area.

Bernard Dietsch

An unusual campground as there are only five campsites but they are placed in such a way that we felt private and cozy. The couple that own the place we're so helpful and gracious and their info about the area invaluable. We highly recommend this campground....in a word "delightful"

Very clean and friendly park the weekend stay was great

This was our second time staying here, wonderful place. Gabby and Clemente are outstanding host. A real gem, quite and secure. It’s one of our favorite.

Nice little campground, perfect for seeing the missions by bicycle. It's located just a quarter mile from Espada Mission, and the others are up the river a few miles, accessible with a cement bike path. It would be a scenic ride in the Spring. We had fun afternoon biking the path and seeing the missions. The RV park is very small, just 4 or 5 spaces. It's family owned, very nice people. It's a bit tight, not good for big rigs, but we could maneuver into our space ok with our 33' Class A. They owners on the property. Finding the RV park can be a challenge as Google navigation verbal instructions are flawed, but the map representation is accurate. The gate is manually locked, so you'll get an email and text requesting your arrival time. They have to walk out to the gate a few hundred feet to unlock it when you arrive. It's a bad neighborhood generally, but we felt safe in the small park with locked gate. They give you a key to the gate so you can come and go. They need an automated gate system, but it's a low budget operation. No Wifi. Seemed a bit pricey for what you get, but we would return, nice folks. Although it's a good distance from the highway to be quiet, there is street racing somewhere nearby that you can hear, it can go on late into the night.

This is a great place to stay in the San Antonio area. It’s really close to Down Town & The famous Pearl District. We stayed a little over a week there and had no issues other than the snow that hit. We’ll definitely be staying here again when we’re in SA.

Wayne Whiteside

Awesome place, just what you need to be close to downtown. Owners are very friendly and have a vast knowledge of the area. Shame the weather didn't work out so we could do more, so we booked a return visit in March.

George Gonzalez

Yanawana camp was all we wanted and more , The location to down-town River-walk and The Missions Was Right-on the money and the host was so helpful with all of our questions, we will be back to this park again...Don't forget your bikes.

Scott and Mary Gaskill

Met all our needs! Hosts are friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable about area! Full hookups - makes life easier! Perfect place to explore San Antonio and hop on RiverTrail too!

Robyn Wiedman

We loved the quaint secluded feel in the woods but just off the freeway. The owners were ready to greet us and the information they provided was nice. My husband went for a run on the riverwalk trail. They offered us a fire pit if we wanted to use it. We ubered into town but did have to make sure Uber knew where to pick us up at. Would stay again!

Annette Fisherkeller

What a great RV place to stay while in San Antonio. Full hook ups. Gated large yard, close to freeway access but surrounded by trees. Easy access to River Walk trail by bike. Takes about an hour by bicycle into downtown San Antonio. Owners were very helpful.

David Watkins

We just spent four nights at this campground. it was very quiet with full hookups. We discovered it was very close to the San Antonio riverwalk and we rode our bikes all the way to downtown following the nicely paved path. It was a great place to stay.

Robin Murphy

This is an absolute perfect campsite for visiting the Missions. It is less than 3 blocks from the southernmost mission and one block from a bike lane leading to the new bike/hike trail that goes along the river and makes a 15 mile loop. If you are biking or hiking, you can't do better. Plus it is a lovely campground-- there are only 5 sites and no external facilities and a serious noise policy- so it is not a place where a huge RV shows up with three families and a barking dog and cranks up a football game on the speakers. You can camp, enjoy the Missions, take a short Uber trip to River Walk... whatever, and return to a quiet camp.
