A small and very nice place to stay. The owners are very friendly and personable. Very close to many of the sights in San Antonio. Will likely stay there again.

If it was possible to give 10 stars I would. This is not your typical RV park. It’s a great little campground and Gabby and Clemente are fabulous hosts. We had reservations for 4 days but we had a brake issue and couldn’t make it to our reserved spot and wound up stranded in their parking lot for a month. Gabby and Clemente did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. They hooked us up with the perfect mechanic. They know the areas well and gave us plenty of options of things to do and places to go. The location is easily accessible off 410. The Espada Mission is walking distance and 15 minutes to downtown San Antonio. You may hear a little road noise, but it never bothered us. If you want a quaint rv location, this is your spot.

Yanawana was a perfect little gem! We wanted a safe place close to the city and the airport. This was perfect! Affordable, clean and with a locked gate. I felt safe leaving our rig and the owners were beyond helpful and friendly! Thank you Gabby and hubby for making us feel welcome and your help getting us backed into our site! Not to mention working with us when our arrival time was delayed by a day! You two are AWESOME!

We spent 3 nights at Yanawana Camp. It was a great spot. Very clean and private. Gabby and her husband provided some tips and brochures for the trails. You do hear some traffic noise but nothing major and it certainly did not prevent us from sleeping. Overall it was pretty quiet. The location is perfect for accessing the mission trails or driving into San Antonio to explore the city and check out the Alamo. Very happy we found the camp and had a chance to stay. Thank you!!!

Perfect spot off the beaten path! We reserved 4 days then extended an additional 4 days!! Hosts are helpful and the sites are clean and level. Safe, gated property and quiet. Full hook ups are well maintained. We rode our bikes up the River Walk Trail to the Missions. Exceptional way to see the Missions! San Antonio city center is 20 mins away by car; easy access. Perfect spot to lay your head at night.

5 sites, great hosts, full hookup, 44$/ night at this time including taxes fees. Not the best neighborhood but place is secure with a locked gate. This is a great place to get on the Riverwalk trail. It’s 1/2 mile away. Downtown San Antonio is 20 min away so good for exploring. Site #5 is most private. 2 Tmobile bars..decent wifi..pretty quiet

Very nice little park. Hosts were very welcoming. Close to San Antonio attractions and Mission trail. No restrooms or showers must be self contained, which was not a problem for us. We are 27ft motorhome towing jeep.

Though really nothing at the campground to do other than park, hookup, and be greeted by some very gracious hosts. 15-20 minutes to travel to/from San Antonio. Right next to the trails that could take you all the way downtown via bike/hike (about 10 miles). This is a tiny campground with 5 (I think) sites; all full hookup. Secure, as there is a locked gate to enter/exit the campground, for which you are issued a key. There is some road noise from the highway, but not intolerable. Would stay here again when visiting San Antonio.

Great little campground and the hosts are the friendliest. Location is perfect for hiking (or just visiting) the missions. Level sites are gravel and well-spaced. Separate vehicle parking space. Probably best for small trailers or truck campers. Loved the picnic area and bird feeders. I'd definitely stop here again.

A jewel, a diamond in the rough. Yanawana Camp is a delightful place to stay with its cool, nature preserve vibe and basic RV camping that is fulfilling. Gabby and Clemente are wonderful hosts and owners who have invested themselves in making this a unique place to stay.

We loved this campground so much! Very laid back. The owners are very organized and help you get backed into your spot. We had plenty of room to enjoy meals outside on a picnic table, full hook ups and room to walk our dogs. Plus, you are very close to the San Antonio Mission Trails so that you can bike and enjoy the missions along the way. We hope to visit again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
