We offer pull-thru and back-in spaces with daily, weekly or monthly rates. The large "Gathering Place" community building has a coin-operated laundromat, tile showers, restrooms, and large tv's with DirecTV service. The park has been completely renovated, so each space has a level, rocky surface with 30 and 50 amp service, water & sewer connections.

The Lost Pines Forest is another excellent outdoor spot, and is ideal for the scenic photographer hidden inside every traveler. Other great attractions include the Texas Reptile Zoo, Bastrop County Museum and Visitor Center and the Colorado River Preserve. The surrounding area is also a hub for great local eateries and sights, so many visitors leave the grounds for a day to explore the town. Our park spans five and half acres, including a placid duck pond with three ducks and bass that visitors can catch and release! Deer often cross the Park in the morning and at night. Sites are 25'x50' gravel with 11'x35' concrete pad and a 8'x10' concrete patio pad. RV's up to 42' long allowed. In Matagorda you can enjoy the beautiful beach which is just 8 minutes from our park! Matagorda also offers canoeing, bird watching and with the public boat ramp next door you can enjoy bay fishing or offshore fishing. Great restaurants and shops in the area as well.    

This RV Park is located on a secluded part of the San Marcos River just outside of Martindale, Texas. It has unique views and great access to the river. It has a spectacular view from the high bluff overlooking the river bend and the "rapids", as well as a couple of great gravel shoal access points that will lead you to great fishing and or lounging on the river. Bath house and laundry coming in late 2022.

Brazos River Retreat, located just 25 miles from downtown Houston and 20 miles from the Medical Center, is a hidden little honey hole. Most campers are convinced they are lost on the way here because you come through a beautiful neighborhood of mansions and multimillion dollar homes. The park is in a secluded area where the park owners chose to keep the peace and tranquility of the natural area. This is not your typical park location. It is built in the middle of some of the most expensive properties in the suburb of Houston called Sugar Land. Once you are on the wooded property, you would believe you are miles away from civilization. However, our park’s neighborhood has two Starbucks, a “Signature Kroger” grocery store, multiple local restaurants, major bank branches, spas, Target, Walmart, etc. Our park features back in, pull thru, full 20/30/50 amp water and sewer sites. Some amenities include trash services, bbq/grill, picnic tables and beautiful waterfront views to list a few. Outdoor activities include backpacking, fishing, hiking, kayaking and canoeing to list a few.  Again, this is not like the other RV parks in the area built with lots of concrete, no trees next to a highway.  We enjoy the secluded outdoors and the amenities of the higher end neighborhood.
