Our Favorite RV park in Texas! We headed out to Texas from the northeast in April of 2022 on vacation in our family RV. Bay RV park fit the bill just perfectly, for us! It’s centrally located and we were able to base ourselves there while visiting local sites- my favorite was the Bush Presidential Library and my husband couldn’t stop talking about our visit to NASA and his childhood dreams of becoming an Astronaut! The management of the RV park helped us plan our time and made recommendations about what to see and do. We had an absolute blast (off). Thanks again for the great visit!

We’ll be back! Surrounded by tourist attractions like NASA, Kemah & Galveston Island, we were really sorry we ran out of time and only had one night's stay at this RV park. We should have budgeted more time - we’ll be back -thanks for a great stay!

Loved this place - we’ll be back! Stayed here with my parents for a week and we all loved this place! Great showers, laundry area was immaculate, good wi-fi, concrete parking with picnic benches and shade trees, great fishing from the pier nearby and awesome staff!

My Home Away From San Antonio… An outstanding RV campground! We have a Class C and tow a Mini for our around town car. This campground has lots of space, full hookups and nice, friendly & helpful employees. I usually come for a full week to enjoy the weekly rate and get away from it all.

Practically Perfect (in every way!) We stayed here on a family road trip with my husband, 2 kids and pup and it stood out as a favorite! Lots of family activities to do nearby - NASA was a highlight for my kids, the fishing for my husband and the historical home visits on Galveston Island for me. Nice park and nice people

I stayed at Bay RV in my camper this past week and had a great visit with a tidy cement pad, water/sewage hookups and clean facilities. I don’t normally write reviews, but after a really nice stay, I wanted to share my experience with the community. I spent a bit of time touring around the area, including a trip to NASA, Galveston Island and a super interesting historic site that I hadn’t previously heard about (San Jacinto Battleground). I wish that I could have stayed longer - 5 stars!

I enjoy getting down to the gulf coast from Fort Worth every chance that I get, and Bay RV is my go-to park to bring my camper on long weekends. They nearly always have a shady spot for me, and I’ve never had an unfriendly neighbor. Recommended!

It really was the best value RV Park in the area…just like their slogan After looking around the area for the nicest and most affordable place, we ended up choosing Bay RV Park near Dickinson. It was a nice place to hang our hats for four days and just relax. Nice people, peaceful and good value!

Bay RV near Galveston Island is the bomb! We had a sweet, shaded spot near the edge of the place with a great cement pad, picnic bench and far enough away from the other campers to have a quiet and relaxing visit. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Bay RV Park in Kemah in early April and had a blast with our parents and adult children. Each of us has our own RV of sorts and the RV Park was able to group us all together which made the trip for all of us! I took my son fishing with his grandfather and he caught more fish than both of us put together (two red snapper and a king fish!). I couldn’t be prouder. Nice spot for a family getaway.

I stayed for a week and really enjoyed my time here. I’m currently traveling full time around the country for work so finding somewhere that is decent value is really important to me -I am a drone pilot and I make some awesome promo videos for local businesses. Check out my website Bay Rv Park was significantly cheaper than others in the area, and had some good amenities like laundry and a picnic table at my campsite. It was also spotless! I love to fish and there were some great locations nearby so I could fish nearly every day and actually ended up eating what I caught. The managers were really friendly and there were quite a few other long-term travelers and permanent guests around, so it was nice to have a chat in the community area a few times during my visit. Overall, I had a really good stay here. I’d recommend it to other single travelers as a friendly park to meet other people on the road and help keep your costs down if you’re traveling full time. This was all just a dream this review is to remind me to go here and enjoy the area with my family someday.

After a long year of not seeing my cousins we agreed to catch up and stay a week at this park as it was a good mid-way point for us to meet. Both our families bought our RVs and we got two large pull-thru sites next to each other which gave us lots of space. We spent a lot of time at the park on the outdoor picnic tables, eating and chatting. We also visited lots of the nearby areas and the Kemah boardwalk was definitely a favorite. We spent many nights in different restaurants (Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. was a lot of fun!) and checking out the amusement park! The managers were helpful when we booked the two sites to make sure we were next to each other and the park was really nice and clean. We had everything we needed and it was a lovely, peaceful spot to enjoy some family time together after a hard year apart. Thanks for a great stay.

This park is great! I’d definitely recommend it if you’re in the area. We’ve recently hit the road in our new Airstream Bambi (which we love!) as the kids are grown and we’re lucky enough to be able to telecommute for work. We love exploring different areas around the country and Bay RV Park was great for exploring the local area. It was nice and quiet so we could work when we needed to (free wifi worked well), walk to some nearby convenience stores if we needed anything and then explore nearby Galveston and Kemah, which were really beautiful areas. They had some great shops and wonderful restaurants. We even managed a quick trip to check out NASA, which was only about 20 minutes away. Thanks to the managers for a great stay!

If you’re looking for a place for some peace and quiet, then Bay RV Park is for you! I work from my RV and stayed here for a few months to get some R&R and take a little break from the city. The free wifi worked well and it was nice and quiet during the day, so I could work uninterrupted. There’s also plenty to see and do around the area and some really yummy restaurants close by. There are a few good bars in the area too, including Monkey Bar and Voodoo Hut in Kemah, and 3 Doors Down in Galveston if you’re looking for a night out. Most importantly, the place was really clean. If you’re in the area I’d say this is the best option for short and long-term stays.

This park was one of our recent favorites. It’s in a great location, the staff are really accommodating and it’s super clean. We travel about three months every year in our RV so have seen a lot of parks in our time and were really impressed with the set up. The lot was big and we had plenty of space. There’s lots to do in the area with Galveston just a short drive away, which is great for restaurants, shopping and historic house visits (one of my favorite things to do!). The facilities of the park were perfect for our needs and we would definitely recommend staying here for anyone visiting this area. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Location and Family Friendly Bay RV Park was the perfect place for us to hang our hats on our recent RV holiday to Kemah in early January. The parking pads and hookups were great and we really enjoyed the convenient location to the boardwalk which had some really good family friendly restaurants. The kids *LOVED* visiting the amusement park and taking the train along the boardwalk (they are still talking about it 3 weeks later). We stayed for a week, so the laundry on-site was super handy and everything was perfectly clean - and for the cost, you just can’t beat it for the area. We’ll be back!!!

My son and I recently visited Bay RV Park for a father and son fishing trip. The location was handy to everything and the site had everything we needed with electricity, water and sewer hooked up. We spent lots of time out on the pier catching flounder and speckled trout. The managers at the park were really helpful and friendly, giving us some good recommendations of bait and what areas were best for the time of year for bites. We also visited some nearby attractions and enjoyed the boardwalk in Kemah which had some good restaurants. The park was a great value in my opinion and all the facilities were very clean. I’d definitely recommend if you’re visiting the area.

We chose Bay RV Park because of the location to NASA which was only a 25-minute drive away. Our kids (aged 10 and 14) loved the NASA tour and we also visited the aquarium which was huge and a lot of fun! There’s heaps to see in the area with a family. We also explored nearby Galveston which is a great place to walk around and do some shopping, and took the kids to the Kemah boardwalk and amusement park which they loved. The park was really family friendly. It offered wi-fi, an onsite laundry, clean showers and bathrooms. There were also some picnic tables where we could set up and eat outside in the early evenings. Any families thinking about visiting this area should definitely check out this park. High-value and friendly managers. Thanks for a great stay!

Spacious sites and sparkling clean... This is a really great rv park - the nicest and best value one we could find in the area. The sites are spacious and offer full hook up with level cement pads. The park itself is really clean with all the amenities you need including laundry, bathrooms, outdoor picnic areas and plenty of grass between sites. The location is perfect in my opinion! There are so many things to see nearby as a family which made for a great vacation. We visited NASA and the Downtown Aquarium in Houston, as well as nearby Galveston Island and the amusement park in Kemah. There’s a couple of convenience stores within walking distance which was really handy, and free wi-fi was great for the evenings when the kids were tired and wanted to relax and watch some Netflix. Overall, the park was great - low cost with everything we needed for a great stay!

This was our third visit to this RV park and it keeps getting better! The sites are big with plenty of space and there is lots of green areas and trees. The staff are really friendly and answered any questions we had about the park and also what to see and do in the area. The proximity to Galveston Island is fantastic, with lots of shopping and restaurant options. We’ve taken our kids (8 and 6) to the amusement park in Kemah every time we’ve visited and they love it. The view from the Ferris wheel of the bay is amazing!! There’s so much to do in the area and this park is really economical for families. If you’re looking for an affordable RV holiday with lots to see and do check out this park.
