The RV park itself is in great shape. Clean, everything works. Water, sewer, 30/50 Amp electric. Laundry. About 50 feet from Gulf. The beach is eroding here so there is not much beach left but still pretty decent. This place is off the beaten trail and quiet. If you want to swim, fly a kite, fish it's great. Also a great place to run. Bait shop on other side of bridge. If your looking for bars and restaurants look elsewhere. We enjoyed it and will be back.

It’s off the beaten path so it’s my kind of place. The owners and or staff don’t hover and the beach is about a mile down the road if you want one that not crowded and there are public beaches too. Oh and the water presser is the best I’ve had. Hope to return soon.

susan rodbell

It was great being right at the beach but the beach disappears easily because there’s not a lot of it. The management it’s a ghost. They take your money online but won’t answer your phone calls or emails in regards to the password for the Wi-Fi or the cable that’s not working. One place to eat out and it’s often closed and you’re only grocery store option is the dollar store.

susan rodbell

Great view from RV but have to go down road over 1/2 mile for useable beach. No good places to eat out. No one in office, no one answer phone or email. You could just pull in an empty space no one to say anything.

Judy Hajdik

Quite watching the waves at the beach....

Larry Glover

Friendly owners. Well keep park with concrete pads. Very relaxing. A stones throw from the Gulf of Mexico or the Intracoastal Waterway. Townsfolk are friendly as well. Jole's Taco stand is a great breakfast. John's margaritas at Bayside Bar and Grill best of best. Doug's Dug Out for the coldest beer in town.

Stephanie Jackson

Clean, Beautiful Campground! Nice laundry facility as well! Will definitely go back!

Michael Navarro

Overall, we really enjoyed the stay. Loved the quiet and seclusion. Views of both the gulf and the ICW from our spot. Place was clean and pads level. Water, electric, and sewer worked as they should. Only negative was we didn’t have wifi if it was available and cell service in the area is rather limited. We will definitely consider staying here in the future.

David Davidson

Second time down there. Will be going again in fall to do some crabbing. If you're looking for somewhere off the beaten path, that's quite, then this is the spot.

You can't get closer to the ocean and the intercoastal waterway. The siute is clean, organized and just what we werer looking for - a place close to fishing or just enjoying the ocean.

Lisa Hirt

Very nice park, very well maintained, and RIGHT on the coast, EXCELLENT Wi-Fi coverage; and the new owners were very nice and courteous. Only have one issue: remove satellite availability from listing or please get it working - this wasn't necessary for our stay, but would have been nice to have, but know that we were expecting its availability based on the ad. But overall, it was definitely well worth the stay. We stayed for 7 nights in lot #3 and loved it!! Thanks!!

Richard Monk

Fantastic park great views of the ocean and intercostal waterway. Got to watch many barges go up and down the intercostal. Owner was a very nice guy. Told us several things that we could do Only negative was the weather and that wasn’t their fault

James McClosky

Excellent view of the Gulf of Mexico. I would come back again.

Janet Hart

Perfect place! Clean, friendly, quiet!

Deborah Newton

Beautiful RV park with unobstructed view of the ocean. My stay was during the week in early April and the beach was deserted. The only road traffic was from fishermen. There is no place to buy anything within walking distance, so plan ahead. For me, it was perfect and I hope to return many times!

James Mcintire

From my trailer i could watch barges go by on the Inter-coastal Waterway on one side, and ocean waves on the other side. Not much to do in the area, but i found it enjoyable nevertheless.

Byron Hill

Had a great stay. Nice, level concrete pads just across the road from the beach. Cell service (T-Mobile) was sketchy, but the free WiFi was outstanding and we were able to stream with no issues.

Russell Venables

For sunsets and sun rises SB RV is perfect. Long stretches of beach nearby for that morning walk. I road my bike from one end of the island to the other. You are truly 28 steps from the gulf. The intercostal and ship watching was a nice surprise. It’s isolated. Make sure you bring what you need. There are spots nearby but no shopping malls if that’s your thing. The owners are great and go out of their way to help you.

Matt Rivard

RV site was beautiful! Doesn’t get an closer to the ocean! We travelled down for Spring Break to RV. Our friends rented the house on site for the week also. Great time!

David Hicks

Wonderful time there, quiet, calm and practically on the beach.
