The manager Bruce is a jackass, and the neighborhood is scary. The neighborhood is dirty with many homeless people. The RV sites are fenced which is nice. Dealing with the manager made our experience there horrible.

This RV park proves that a business is only as good as the person in the front office. We've rv'd from Alaska to Texas and have not, thankfully, received anything near the ignorance and incompetence we encountered here. My hubby booked ahead over the phone for three nights in this park. We got an email immediately to say the money was taken from the bank account. Next, we got an email to give us a confirmation number, nothing more - no instructions, no directions and certainly no lot/pad number. We turned off the I-5 onto a 10 mile traffic jam and finally arrived at 6:30 PM to discover the office locked. Looked around for any sign of communication for us. (Some sheet with our surname in large print was the least we should expect.) Nada! We phoned the number listed for the office. No response to our message. We could see two empty lots. We chose the biggest nearest the noisy roadway. With contortions, managed to land the travel trailer and get parked. Hooked up to the power, but no access to washrooms, pool or wifi due to no information provided. Went to bed thinking we'd done our best and hadn't disturbed anyone. In spite of the noisy location, we slept in. Got up to have breakfast and then hubby walked over to the office just across from us at about 10 AM. He was 'greeted' by the manager who turned bad into worse. After a complete display of idiocy in front of others in the office, he ordered us out of the park "in ten minutes" and began to call the police. We happily took our leave. As yet, we have not had a return of the money. (as of October 26/15) The owner of this property needs to be aware that his employee stole two nights accommodation from his business when he ordered us out for no real cause. I have to wonder what other examples of incompetence the owner might want to learn about concerning this manager's conduct. As a traveller, give this one a pass. It's not worth the aggravation to deal with someone like this.
