Nice park, older but overall will maintained. All sites are surrounded by beautiful trees and offer well needed shade in the warmer days. Conveniently located, close enough to Sacramento, Auburn and more. They do not offer wifi, but who needs it when you're so close to with nature. It's a be-backer for us.

Nice location in a quiet area, the facility needed some maintenance as the weeds were pretty tall around the camp site. If you have a dog with fur you may want reconsider as there were little round stickers all over the ground and I was constantly picking the stickers out of my dogs feet.

We could only stay one night but I can say it was quite peaceful and very nice. Lots of shade trees and everything looked clean and in order. We will definitely be back again.

Worst park so far! It’s old and rundown. The bathrooms/showers are disgusting, roaches crawling on walls and it’s very dirty and diingy! Don’t arrive on a Sunday no one there to greet you! Found our reservation info on the ground after searching for 10 minutes. A big deal to me because I work on the road is NO INTERNET! One of the workers there is very creepy and kept staring at me. Overall a horrible stay! Oh despite all of this the cost isn’t any lower than most great parks I’ve stayed at. :(

It's all good except for no door code to access the bathroom when I needed it

It was a nice stay. Except the website states cable TV. There was no cable or wifi. The office said it's only for campers staying 28 days or longer and then you have to pay for it. Don't advertise it if you do not offer it. We camp a lot. It would be a great place for an overnight stay. A lot of full timers there.

The owners seemed nice, but the entire place was falling apart. They were very strict on enforcing rules, but had another residents blatantly breaking them with no consequences. Got a “stay inside, lock your doors” vibe. They also changed bathroom codes without notifying residents. A lot if permanent junk yard residents. Avoid if at all possible.

We enjoyed our stay. The parked in a quiet and peaceful site underneath some trees that were changing colors and dropping leaves for the season. The management was nice and helpful. There were many long term stays in many of the sites. It could be due to people being displaced by the recent wildfires, but the people were nice and away to work most of the day. However, the park could use some TLC on the roads and infrastructure, and there there were several places where the previous occupants of our site did not clean up after their dog. It would have been good if the site was cleaned before we arrived. We would stay here again however, because it was a good quiet stay and it was convenient to local shops and restaurants.

I very much enjoyed my stay. Loomis RV is an older park. All sites are gravel. There is an abundance of beautiful shade trees throughout the entire park. It has back in and pull thru with 30 and 50 amp service. A nice pool and laundry on site. The manager is very nice and helpful. The park was quiet. There are permanent residents in one section.

Very run down, sad park. Lots of “NO” notices posted everywhere, no cash, no pets near the lawn, etc. Bathrooms were filthy and moldy, (and were locked so that no one could use them after 5pm, one evening); no cable, no wi-fi. The only positive for the place is that sites for overnight visitors were wide and shady. Would not stay here again.

We stayed for 2 nights in July. Price was fair. Temps were hot but the site we were in had full shade, which was very nice. I feel this park could be so much nicer/better if it wasnt nearly full of long termers. They bring the appearance of the park down with all their items outdoors and dirty campers. Lots of junk in sites. We were one of only a few temporary folks. Overall we had a fine time and if passing through the area we would stay again.

Clean, Quiet, nice pool, very SHADY sites which was very much appreciated in the summer heat. A little dated (not shiny and new) but with that also comes a bit larger space. I will definitely keep it on my list of places to stay.

Well, definitely needs improvements! Roads are terrible with pot holes, building hasn’t been touched in 25 years. Lots of full timers, which isn’t bad but could use more separation from overnighters! No WiFi. Shade is good, picnic tables haven’t been touched in years. Other good thing close to Taylors ice cream dairy bar ( excellent), & i80. From the prices of overnighted & full timers there should be lots of money for much needed upgrades!

It was nice. Pull through was tight from the angle I had to pull in but we made it. The staff is awesome and the campground was quiet throughout the nite. We will go back. This was our first RV ever so we had hiccups.

Lovely privately owned park. Conveniently located in town, but with lots of shade. They provided a cable TV box for our stay. Friendly and helpful owners. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice.
