Train runs right next to you, if you come after hours there is no instruction or information, no WI-FI, bathrooms very old, showers are concrete floors, no heat in bathrooms, and no hot water unless you let it run for 30 minutes, very tight spaces, most of the laundry machines are out of order. If you need a quick layover place next to the freeway this is it for you.

We loved all the trees! The park felt secluded, even though it was right off the road. We'll definitely be back :)

Quiet park with friendly residents. Close to Rocklin/Roseville area as well as Sierra College. Great for a longer term stay.

Terrible RV Park. They just showed me where the site was. No wireless. I tried to use the showers but they were locked. They don't give you the code. They are never in the office. Loud train noise. Staff is terrible. The bathroom is horrible. Do not stay here.

Been staying on and off here for the past several months. A great central location and proximity, to so many things yet, it is pretty quite. Management has been Great as well. Jasmine and Mike are always friendly and helpful. We will continue to come back and stay here.

Overall this place is great. The staff is very friendly and will help in anyway possible. The staff is working very hard to have a nice clean campground. The negative thing would be if you stay 60 days you have to leave for 2. This is a big inconvenience for an extended stay.

This place is pretty bad. No one in the office when we arrived, or the whole time we were there. Loud highway and train tracks next to the property. Advertised cable, and they had one channel. Way overpriced for what you get. The positive was that none of the tweekers that live there full time broke in and stole anything, so that was nice.

Nightmare from start to end...we have travelled throughout the 48 states and this was the worst park in any states from Florida to North Dakota to Texas to here. Arrived on a Saturday at 3 pm. The office was closed. No site number was listed on our reservation. No note at the office asking folks to call a number nor was there any after-hours check-in. We had booked a pull-thru site, so walked through the park until we found the only pull-thru site in the lot. We parked in that site. Ten minutes later the manager was there yelling at us to leave. We had failed to follow proper check-in protocol. I explained that we had pre-paid for the site, nobody was in the office, etc. We offered to move to any site he assigned us. He demanded that we leave. I showed him our reservation. He demanded that we leave. So, we left. I emailed their office and they said "We have the right to refuse service." I agree you have the right to refuse service. However, when you accept payment for a service, you enter into a contract. By refusing to honor that contract, you are now in breach. You need to refund the money and if you fail to do so, you owe punitive damages. I am local. I am disputing the charge to my credit card. If I don't receive a refund, I will be suing in Small Claims and will be adding on the punitive damages. Under California State Law, that's $2500. If you experienced similar treatment, I suggest you also sue them in Small Claims, If enough people sue, they will either go out of business or decide to play by the rules.

Not a bad place. Managers Mike and Jasmine were nice and helpful! The place is pretty old, but looks like they are trying to make some upgrades slowly. Park was quiet. Had lots of permanent residents, by the looks of things. All in all, not bad.

I have been on the extended stay here at Loomis RV and really enjoy it. The playground for our kids is very convenient and the area is peaceful. The office staff are awesome and I would recommend it!

My wife and I had stayed here in October of 2021 and really enjoyed the park. The location is central to a lot of places we wanted to visit and the site was nice. When we had the occasion to visit family in Citrus Heights we jumped at the chance to stay here again. It has gone downhill. Almost every space if for monthly rental or longer. Many, many permanent residents. The website says that if your RV is over 10 years old they will have to see it to approve it. This is obviously not enforced as there are many shabby trailers. There is no WiFi but they do have adequate 5G cell service so you can use a hotspot if you want. Cable TV is also not available unless you are longer term. The RV pads are old 1” gravel that hasn’t been kept up, and they’re not really level. The two people that run the place are nice and very apologetic about the shortcomings but can’t really do anything unless you’re long term. The residents at the park are very nice and neighborly. Now for the really big deal… the train. There is a train that runs by the park 3 or 4 times a day, often in the morning. Our first night it came by sounding its horn at 4:30 AM…and 6:30 AM…and 7:30 AM.

We enjoy staying here. It is very quiet and everyone is friendly. The hosts have been renovating the grounds and removing old RVs making it look much better. We will definitely stay here again.

Blunt and honest! This park is a piece of shit park! The two managers are druggies with their teeth falling out of their heads. Jasmin is the rudest narcissistic person in the planet who has no common sense and a huge lack of manners or social skills. But she’s German and it’s okay to her and her husband mike to treat people like shit. Sites are shifty and never taken care of. Office hours suck for anyone coming or going! Never seen a park ran so poorly and the funny thing is if you talk to mike and Jasmin they actually think that they are doing a great job and aspire to one day manage a bigger park! Lmfao keep dreaming. Jasmin will look at your mail and if you’re a guy who orders any kind of products she will call you a faggot and thinks it’s funny! But good luck since they are never in the office! I’d rather boondock with the homeless people than come back to this park! The owner of this park sucks just as bad because they only own this one park so they charge outrageous prices to get the most money they can. When nicer and better managed parks charge less! Here’s a tip jackass don’t pave one section of road in your park and raise everyone’s rent! Business 101! Keep driving to the next actual Rv park you will regret staying here and will probably get staph infections if you use the bathroom or laundry machines.

Restroom facilities were horrible. Shower floor dry rot and saggy. The entire park needs lots of fixing up.

One of the most rundown RV parks we have ever stayed in. No attempts made to improve the environment.
