Lake Chalet Campground is located near Bridgewater, New York. It features 17 water and electric hookup campsites that are big rig friendly. Ten of them accommodate pull through RVs. The park provides free WiFi, is pet-friendly, and has a dump station. Campsite amenities offered include a camp store with ice cream, a game room, a 6-acre private lake, rentals, picnic tables, fire circles, and grills. It also includes basic amenities like restrooms with hot showers and laundry facilities. Visitors can also enjoy activities such as badminton, basketball, swimming, paddle boating, video games, hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, and canoeing. 1000 Islands Campground is a privately owned campground which focuses on a community spirit. At the playground you can find a wooden boat (Missbehavin'), Kidd's Kastle, and wooden Farmall tractor/hay wagon. Enjoy a wagon that provides occasional hayrides around the campground. The sites have their own picnic tables and many campers enjoy campfires in their fire rings. Many campers join in the many festivals that are offered by Alexandria Bay, Clayton, and Cape Vincent. Events such as Pirate Week festivities in Alexandria Bay in August, weekly concerts in Clayton and Cape Vincent, multiple craft fairs, fireworks in Clayton and Alexandria Bay, multiple fishing tournaments, and so many more activities .
