We feature pull-in, back-in 20/30/50 amp water, sewer, and electric hookup sites along with cabins and cottages for those seeking something a little different! We have first-class amenities along with offering our guests the use of kayaks, and paddle boards at no charge.  We have opened our new pavilion that includes a mini movie theater,  and an exercise room overlooking the lake. We have added two fire pits down by the lake for your enjoyment with free wood supplied.  Our pool is now open. Bathhouse and laundry on site. Nestled in the foothills of the NC Mountains, Roaring River Vineyards is reminiscent of a French riverside hillside vineyard. The vineyard is named after the Roaring River which borders the vineyard property for a mile and a half and offers great vistas from all the buildings situated on its riverbank. We are a full-service mountain resort with the Chez Josephine Restaurant, Wine & Beer Tasting Room, vacation rentals, event venues, vineyards, truffle field, Harvest Host, and RV Park. The RV Campsite at Roaring River Vineyards (RRV) is located in a forested area surrounded by springs and walking trails and has a lovely view of the vineyards. It is situated not far from the vineyard’s entrance just beyond a pond. Since we opened our restaurant we’ve had a number of guests asking us if we allowed RVs to park on our vineyard. As a result, we developed the RV Park at Roaring River Vineyards. We feature: 10 RV sites of various lengths Gravel roads and large gravel parking sites, a large turn-around area, A lovely forested setting overlooking the vineyards 110/30/50 Amp electrical service A communal dump tank and water source  Free WIFI Vineyard Tours: based on owner availability (speak to our staff) Access to restaurants in high season (April 15- November 30): Thursday-Saturday 11 am- 6 pm, Sunday 12 pm- 5 pm. Lake Sugar Tree Motorsports is a family sports park for motorcycle riding and racing which is located in Henry County off of HWY. 58 East on State Route 617 Axton, Virginia - Between Martinsville and Danville. The Motocross track has been around for over 30 years, it all started with a few local racers from the Trans Am Series who came to Lake Sugar Tree in the beginning of the 70’s bringing top European rider’s to compete against the top American rider’s. A couple of years later the AMA (American Motorcycle Association) came on board with it’s series, which provide more American verses Europe “best of the best” racing.
