While the people are very nice and helpful, the “resort” is very disappointing for RVers as the sites are incredibly small. There is no drive through ability and backing into and pulling out of narrow sites is extremely difficult. Our coach was almost struck twice, once by someone back in in, and once by some leaving. We have a 40’ coach and they had to remove a section of fence for us to fit in. we had to ‘jockey’ our coach 6 times to fit. Had to do the same to get out. It would have been nice to know the limitations at the time we made our reservations, as we would have looked elsewhere. Again, however, the people there are very nice and as helpful as they can be.

Loved it so much we are going to book a longer stay next year and rent a couple of tiny homes also for the kids!! Tim and Dave were so kind and helpful!! Need more people out there like them. Thanks for the great site!

Beautiful spaces, great service. They will pick up trash and refill Propane from your rig. A little tougher than most to hook up and leave but very doable. Not a big deal.

I love this RV resort; I have stayed twice now and each time was great. I love the lake, and the free paddle boards/kayaks. The view is wonderful from my RV. On my most recent visit, I accidentally arrived early (I thought check in was at 1pm, but it is at 2pm) but they let me in early anyway, since the site was available!! So awesome, I highly recommend Lake Norman motor Coach resort!!

We had a lot number 17. My only complaint is I could not get the dish satellite functional because the southwest facing area the property was full of trees. Staff was amazing and very accommodating! Grounds were clean with lots to do! I’ll definitely return!

I'd probably give a better review had we had a water front view, but we didn't. As many of the other reviews have stated, the spots are pretty tight, and pretty challenging to navigate in/out of. For the money, I would only recommend this RV park if you get a waterfront site. Otherwise, I think it's a bit pricey considering our only view was the neighbor's truck. The hosts were helpful, we took advantage of the complimentary kayaks and the corn hole on the deck. While we didn't build a fire down by the water, it was nice that the park provides the firewood, firepit, and chairs for all to use.

This was our first visit with our new camper, we had a great time. The grounds are clean, the view was fantastic and the owners/staff were most helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to have a restful get away.

We're writing this review to let others know what the camp is truly like before they book it Nothing is as advertised they show a picture of a pretty pool on their way picture of a pretty pool on their website there's no pool they advertise website they advertise Webb's Wi-Fi it doesn't work They advertise a ticky bar and even though it's in season during our stay during our stay it was closed they advertised frequently they advertise free kayaks and whatever and they're filthy they're old and they're filthy they're old and they're filthy I wouldn't touch them. There is only one narrow road in as a 1 way To navigate into your site is extremely difficult They charge one of the highest fees in the area because they are lake front but because they are lake front but believe me nothing else is worth it. It's worth it. The only thing I'll say on a positive note thing I'll say on a positive note which is why they got a 1 is that it was a clean is that it was a clean establishment. There also is no cable TV they discontinued a while back.

Clean. Fun. Beautiful lake views. Great free amenities at the lake and docks. Even for non boaters! Spots are nice width side to side. Be prepared, streets are tight.

Great spot, very clean facilities, loved the kayaks and boards that are complimentary, friendly staff. If driving an RV FYI it’s front end in, back out through gate in reverse.

Beautiful site! Level ground. Great view of the lake. Staff very helpful. Free paddle boats and paddle boards, free kayaks, as other have commented here, it is easy to park on arrival, but difficult to get out due to the angle of the sites. Especially difficult for RVs larger than 30 feet.

Lovely park with great lakefront docks as well boat rentals and free use of kayaks and canoes. Has full bar and beautiful deck. Only reason for 4 stars is that getting into and out of the sites is extremely difficult.
