Our park is laid out in a graduated setting to maximize the beautiful views of Lake Norman.

We will have a new pavilion opening in the beginning of 2022. The new pavilion will have a mini movie theater, game room, exercise room over looking the lake and an office suite.

Level one is a great lake level with easier access to the bathhouse, our new pavilion, dog park, fie pits, kayaks, paddle boards etc.  Sites 8-11

Level two is just up the hill with a nice water view in sites 18-27-A.

Level three is at a higher level  and has panoramic views of the lake in sites 38-47-A.

We offer boat slips for a nightly and monthly rate. Free kayaks, paddle boards, peddle boats and a canoe.

Swimming access and fishing.

Our first time here and we enjoyed it!! Positives - Nice view from the front window of the coach. Nice big clean dog park for playing fetch (would be nice to have a little shade and a bench for the humans) Free water toys, kayaks, sup, peddle boats with life jackets available. Nice and helpful staff Trash pick up on site Negatives - sites can be tight for bigger rigs One way in and out which means backing out of your spot and up a hill and through the gate (for class A) No beach area for small children and no pool. (If they can swim they can jump off the dock and there is a ladder to get up) There is a small ramp to walk into the water but it's pretty dirty in that area for swimming. Overall a great place to stay on the lake!

The lake was nice, but the campground had very small sites & hardly any amenities.

We stayed four nights. Very nice campground. Lots of things to do there with clean and updated facilities. Staff very friendly amd helpful. The only complaint is how tight the camp sites are for parking. However staff were very accommodating to help us park and also pull out. Beautiful sunset views over the lake. Most sites have a view of the lake even in the back because of the elevated sites. I highly recommend this place. We will return!

Beautiful, clean and well maintained park. Not big rig friendly though. First time in all our 49 state travels we have had to back out of our site and out of the park. The park team were great help though. I think they are trying to become a tiny park home park and not a RV park since they have way more of them than RV spots. We camped in a 40’ and 45’ motorhome. Very tight squeeze for either of us. But enjoyed our week.

This is our second time staying at the RV Park. We brought my in laws this visit and they stayed in one of the tiny homes. We are very pleased with our RV spot and the tiny home. The park is very clean and the water views are so peaceful. The staff is also wonderful. We plan to make many more trips

Over all the rv park is very nice. Our biggest complaint was the small amount of space for parking and tight spaces! Because of the small amount of space, I would only recommend your park to someone who has a very small pull behind. Personal were wonderful , very accommodating and helpful. Make a round drive, so people can get in and out easily/ easier!

Very nice. Spaces are a little tight but the rest is great. Especially if you have a site with a view. Huge dog park right at waters edge. Nice places to sit by the docks and enjoy the lake. Staff very helpful and nice.

Site 17 had a nice view of the lake from above the rooftops however it was next to what appeared to be a junk yard. Backing out of the site was challenging as well. The young man who checked us in was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I am also leaving a review to help the next person. These sites are so small!! They do have a nice view of the water. All of the roads are dead ends so there is no pulling out to leave. You have to reverse all the way back through the front gate. Not for the squeamish on backing up a long rig on a narrow, hilly road about 1000 feet!

We just completed a short stay here. It’s a nice and well kept place and the employees are friendly and helpful. The reasons for not giving a higher rating are 1) the spaces are small for the price 2) there are a lot of long term campers and semi-permanently parked RV’s, so the campground appears full but there really weren’t many people there 3) if you get bumped back to the back level of tier 2 as we did, you won’t have a view of the lake from some sites and 4) the Wifi and Internet service is terrible. Reasons 2 and 3 will prevent us from returning. If those aren’t a concern for you, you’ll like it. It’s pretty and the bath house is very clean. We did not get to explore the fitness or game rooms, as those were all closed for renovation and repairs.

While the people are very nice and helpful, the “resort” is very disappointing for RVers as the sites are incredibly small. There is no drive through ability and backing into and pulling out of narrow sites is extremely difficult. Our coach was almost struck twice, once by someone back in in, and once by some leaving. We have a 40’ coach and they had to remove a section of fence for us to fit in. we had to ‘jockey’ our coach 6 times to fit. Had to do the same to get out. It would have been nice to know the limitations at the time we made our reservations, as we would have looked elsewhere. Again, however, the people there are very nice and as helpful as they can be.

Beautiful spaces, great service. They will pick up trash and refill Propane from your rig. A little tougher than most to hook up and leave but very doable. Not a big deal.
