This is not what happened. When we called you at 7:20PM and were told you were 190 miles away we told you it would be too late. You were told about late check in when you made the reservation and when you called before noon about the tire problem. We do not allow, and have never allowed check after a reasonable time of night. It's unfair to our other guests. So far you've called multiple times with threatening messages, harassed my employees, and submitted multiple false reviews.

The rental agreement you signed says campsites are for campers and up to 2 cars if the site is large enough. Utility and cargo trailers are not allowed at RV sites. They must be kept in the storage area. Small motorhome car dollies are allowed. The one customer that has a car dolly at his campsite has only 1 small car. You were never harassed, you were sent polite messages by email. There is no one here with a cargo or transport trailer at their site. You were asked several times to move your trailer. The last response we got from you was that it didn't make financial sense for you to move it. We did not wait 5 days before your rent was due which was September 21. On September 5th at 4:48PM we notified you that you had violated the rental agreement and would not be extended. Only then did you move it and we never charged you for storage. You registered with a motorhome and 2 cars. Nothing was said about the motorcycle and trailer. We were never rude. We even tried to help with the television connection. There was a bad antenna/cable switch in your motorhome. It's too bad you didn't read the rental agreement, even after you had signed it. The agreement clearly states that rent and propane have a 5 day grace period. It wasn't a few days later, it was 13 days later that Kathy politely reminded you of the payment policy and requested payment.

Thanks, We can't change the geography. We have to do the best we can with what's available.
