Children Policy

At pools children must always be accompanied by an adult – Pool Hours are dawn to dusk – Children, their safety and actions, are the sole responsibility of parents or legal guardians – No swimming in New River or waterways – Please do not feed birds or wildlife.

Campfires

Campfires and fireworks are prohibited.

Site Appearance

Please keep your site free of debris and litter . Secure trash and dispose of in property dumpster on Sidney Lane. Do not attach objects to trees or fencing, including clotheslines. No tents allowed on-site.

Motorcoaches

Yacht Haven Park & Marina welcomes all Class A motorcoaches. We also have a large selection of sites suitable for smaller coaches, fifth wheels, airstreams, travel trailers. Valid driver's license and proof of insurance must be provided at check-in – Please do not move from your assigned site without notifying management – No mechanical work or vehicle maintenance is allowed on property – Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, loss or injury.

Pet Policy

– Pets are welcome but must be non-aggressive and well-behaved– Pets must be kept on a leash at all times– Please pick up after your pet– If your pet is aggressive, loud, or disturbs other guests, you will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund– Pets are not permitted in pool or activities areas.

***RENTER BEWARE*** THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. We made a reservation at Yacht Haven on November 15, 2021. We spoke to the manager Donnie where we agreed on a month to month site rental. We anticipated staying through March of 2022 and we made an initial payment for our first month. Three weeks into our stay, our RV was sold and stepped into the office to cancel the month of December -March of 2022. To our surprise we were advised of their cancellation policy. The representative advised us that it was posted online. We have now learned that if you book online, you are required to acknowledge their cancellation policy. We did not book our reservation online nor were we notified when made the initial payment it person verbally or in writing. I was never instructed to visit their site. Additionally, the policy was not posted anywhere for consumers to read. Furthermore, when we advised that we would be leaving the premises, again, they failed to advise us of their supposed policy or give us an option. This is a clear case of consumer deception a clear violation of consumer laws.

I stayed there for seven nights on Sydney Lane just at the bend of the new South River… Everything I needed.. A mix of people that live there and people vacationing… My rig is only 25 'so Left my camp set up and took my rig into Miami beach for the day and then over to the hard rock Casino and then golfing...just came back and hooked up my water and electricity… I consider it peaceful and well-kept… The people in the office are very helpful..If you like water and boats and yachts to look at and being close to the highway and the ocean… You can't do better

The only good thing about this place are the nice views. Other then that, BEWARE!!! The women in the front office especially Susan are the worst. Except for Ginger, if you need anything only ask for HER!! Anytime ive dealt with Susan shes giving me and others the wrong paperwork to fill out, trying to get more money out of us, when I go to the office about a question shell be standing right in front of me and say I need to "call" the front desk, wont speak to you if other people are present, the list goes on. Also be aware that as of 5/14/2020, they increased the monthly rates $140 and your now responsible to pay for your own electric! Its off season and I am paying $1250 for the cheapest spot. Included in the rates are water, internet which you can access if your by the clubhouse, cable which I have 7 channels and electric that goes out CONSTANTLY!! 3 people this week alone have had their electric go out. Also be careful coming here during the rainy season as we dont have sewer drains and the park floods REALLY bad!!! I had water up to my car door just from a storm that passed a few nights ago. All the amenities are extremellyyyy outdate and the laundry room is outdoors if you feel like sweating your butt off doing it. But like I said, its a pretty park with great river views so if you dont mind paying an arm and a leg for this place and if you can deal with the constantly changing rules, this place is for you
