About Fort Lauderdale

Fort Lauderdale, Florida Campgrounds and RV Parks

With beautiful beaches and canals, Fort Lauderdale is one of the most visited places in the United States. Just down the road, along the scenic A1A Highway is Miami. And, just down the way a little bit farther is the Florida Keys. The possibilities truly are endless in Fort Lauderdale. After a day of checking out one of the local beaches, head to one of the nearby and best RV Parks in Florida. There are also options to camp at several close campgrounds.

Dania Beach is one of the best kept secrets in Fort Lauderdale. There are a lot of great beaches in the area, but the locals won’t tell you that this is one of the best – they are probably trying to keep it hidden for themselves. When the tide rolls in during the evening, the wake is often high enough to surf. Walk up and down the beach to collect sea shells, or chill and relax while catching some rays. The park is usually quiet, without a lot of folks, so you can definitely catch some sun and zen. Head to the pier and cast your line and see what delectable fish you can catch. After toasting in the Florida sun head to one of Fort Lauderdale’s RV Parks or campgrounds.
