Pat is an office worker that is a BULLY!
Steals your money and taunts his guests.
He is a miserable human being and will make your stay miserable.
Will steal your money, harass you and your guests, charge you for coffee and call the cops on you. He kicked me out with my small child early and refused to give me my money back for the remainder of the days. He is a thief.
KOA should fire him, all the neighbors and the maintenance person hate him.
Because of him I will NEVER rent with you again.
You should get rid of him immediately!
