Lake Fork Ranch Resort is located in the beautiful town of Emory, Texas. It is a great place for a quiet, relaxing vacation away from the noise and traffic of the city. Onsite, travelers can expect great bass and crappie fishing. Sunset viewing and stargazing are also very popular at the ranch due to the natural darkness. The park offers 50 RV spots that include water, sewer, electricity and trash disposal. Fully-outfitted cabin rentals with satellite TV, a microwave, a coffee maker and mini-fridge are also available. Amenities at the park include: a lighted pavilion with electricity and picnic tables, a play area for the kids, a game room with pool table, WI-FI, boat ramp, boat dock, fishing pier with cleaning stations, a newly remodeled laundry area, and bathrooms with showers. Well, it was very quiet, and very dark, that's the positive side. On the negative side, it was a grass slot, not even an attempt to level it. The power connection was relatively new, that was good. But the big negative is it doesn't seem they have many visitors. They allow the tree at the entrance to grow and it put a nice long scratch all along the side of my unit. You'd think if you have actual RVs going in and out that you would notice something like that. Stay WAY to the right (to the point of running over some plants) when turning in.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The cabin was not clean and had ragged curtains and floor covering. The bathroom was disgusting. The floor and toilet was not level to the point we felt like we would fall. The trashed trailers around looked like they had been there twenty years. We would not recommend this place to anyone. The cabins were good and well furnished. The boat ramp I give a 5 out of 10 rating. Nice place and had deer all around the cabins early morning and late evenings.

Nice secluded location and all there were helpful and friendly. Only negative we’re bathroom/showers...No lights outside of building, no lock on women’s bathroom or showers, it’s been a long time since anyone cleaned as evidenced by many many spiders and webs.

This is a gorgeous campground that has so much to offer! The staff was very nice and accommodating. The sites were spacious and there were so many different kinds depending on the camping that we wanted to do. The amenities were nice as it gave us more than we needed and there were so many fun activities that were relaxing for the whole family. The location was really nice as not only were there many beautiful places to see there were many places to eat or shop that was a short drive away.
