Check in at Days Hotel (kind of strange and no KOA sign at hotel) $39 with KOA membership. Nice grounds. Nice clean new bathroom/shower facility. Strange that there was no check in/store facility on site. Saw no one in KOA Yellow. Our Site was unlevel, and brochure said "DIGGING TO LEVEL SITES PROHIBITED" took 6" of blocks under front to get almost level. We camped here in Spetemmber. we could not get level in our site and the staff just did not understand. We spent the. Ight with our slides in as our jacks could not fix the excessive level issue. The drive to the campground is unusual as you head up a windy road and check in at the Day Inn in front of the campground.
