Respect privacy of fellow guest – do not walk through occupied sites. Do not move panic tables or benches around without permission to do so.

Smoking

No smoking in any buildings. Do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground.

Pet Rules

Pets are certainly welcome. However, all pets must be under physical control by the owner / handler at all times! Do not leave pets outside unattended. Please do not allow your pets to disturb other campers or go into their camp site. When taking your pets to relieve themselves only use the large grassy area past the back row away from camp sites and stored vehicles / campers. If you pet goes on another's site please clean it up it is not up to other visitors or camp staff to pick up after your pet.

Speed Limit

THE SPEED LIMIT IS 10 MILES PER HOUR. PLEASE BE AWARE OF PEDESTRIANS AND PETS.

Cleanliness

*CLEANLINESS OF THE PARK IS IMPORTANT TO US* No storage of anything is allowed outside of, or underneath your motor home, camper or trailer. Please place the sewer cap back on when you leave. Please do not flush any feminine hygiene products, diapers or anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. Or pour grease down your drains in your sinks or our bathroom sinks. This causes septic system backups. For cost for washing vehicles or boats please check with the office.

Monthly Renters

**FOR CAMPERS THAT LEAVE THEIR CAMPERS AND GO HOME DURING THE WEEK PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SECURE ALL ITEMS, CLOSE AWNINGS, LET DOWN YOUR ANTENA AND LEAVE YOUR CAMP SITE CLEAN** Also turn off your water supply and when your rig is not in use please be sure your slide outs are kept in.

I have to say that spoonbill rv was the best we have ever stayed although our hosts were not there because of family issues I was contacted by Paul the week before our stay to give me directions and gate codes prior to being there then after we arrived I was contacted by Tammy one of the owners to make sure everything was ok.i was not aware of noon check out and was informed by someone who didn't introduce themselves that they had a camper coming in at noon and needed my spot when right next to me was an open spot that was theonly issue I had for our 4 day stay I was able to breakdown by 12 to have the spot available. Caught plenty of fish and had a great time we will make spoonbill our go to for fishing from now on thanks.

The park is very nice, and the hosts are the nicest couple you will ever meet. We were fortunate enough to catch the gentleman selling shrimp for $3 a lb (what a deal!). It's more of a fisherman's paradise, but we really enjoyed the view of the water, and even though it was secluded the teens even liked it, although we only stayed for Labor Day weekend so maybe if we want to stay longer we might leave the teens at home (wink). The restrooms seem to be kept clean from what little I saw of it (we have our own but used it to wash our hands as we were heading out). They offer bait and ice (20 lb) for sale for $5 a piece which is not bad considering we paid more than $5 for a 16lb bag at a gas station near the beach access we went to. We definitely plan on coming back in the near future, hopefully for a longer stay next time.

We stayed 4 nights. It was very nice and clean. The bathrooms were clean. I would definitely stay here again. (Would be nice to have a pool 😜 but know how bad it can flood there)

I love staying at Spoonbill, the sites are nice and large. There are plenty of area for all campers to fish. Mosquitos and Gnats can be a little aggressive once the sun goes down.
