Rules

Quiet Hours are from 8:30pm to 10:00am. Please be quiet and considerate of your neighbors

Keep your spot clean

The space you are renting is neat, clean, and adequate for your recreational vehicle. Keep it that way and return the RV Site upon expiration of your site rental in the same condition provided. Do not make any changes to the RV Site without the prior written consent of the park.

Loud, obnoxious, disorderly, boisterous, or unlawful conduct or conduct that disturbs or threatens the rights, comfort, or convenience of other in or near the Property will not be tolerated

Violence or the threat of violence will not be tolerated

No display, discharge or possession of a gun, knife or other weapons in any way that may alarm others

The possession, sale or manufacture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia on the RV Site or anywhere else on the Property is prohibited

The operation of a business on the RV Site or on the Property is prohibited

The storage of hazardous materials on the RV Site or anywhere on the Property is prohibited

Speed limit is 5 MPH

No parking on the grass or in unassigned parking spaces

No major vehicle repairs will be permitted on the premises

Pets must be on leash at all times. A shovel or bag is as necessary as a leash; CLEAN UP IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Cutting of trees and plants is prohibited

Keep your campsite litter free, including cigarette butts

Campfires in grills only

Do not let water run unnecessarily

Clotheslines are PROHIBITED AFTER 2PM DAILY

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ALL RULES WILL RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF THE SITE SERVICES AGREEMENT AND REQUIRE YOU TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY

My husband and I recently visited Waco for some hiking and shopping. We chose Deer Crossing RV Park without knowing where we would end up. We were delightfully surprised when we pulled into this very small, but immaculate RV park with roomy pull through slots that easily accommodates our 45' RV. The owners were very friendly and extremely helpful in every way. The park is small and has a few amenities including a dog run area, grill, picnic table, and a washer and dryer in the office. We were not looking to be at the park very much, so this place was perfect for us. It is in the country and very quiet and peaceful. Located off of Hwy 6, the park is just a few miles from most anything in the area. If you do stay here, you must try Helberg BBQ, which is maybe a 1/4 mile from the RV park. It is quite possibly the best BBQ I have every had. If a small, quiet park is what you are looking for, give this place a try.

If I am ever in Waco again, which is more likely than not. I fell in love with the city. I am so excited for them to continue building this fabulous RV park and can't wait to see their progress. Wonderful people who i can't wait to see again.

Deer Crossing is a pretty new park and you can tell the owners are working hard on it! The sites are level, the wifi is strong, and the recommendations from Debbie are flawless! We enjoyed the Helbergs BBQ down the street twice while we were in town, took the drive into the city to see some sites, and stayed in our camper on the super hot days. The trees are still pretty young so there wasn't much for shade but that will change soon enough as they continue to grow. We will be back to Deer Crossing when we come back through Waco in the future. It was a great place to stay.

Nice park, seems to be pretty new, will be better once trees mature and provide shade. Contact with staff Debbie in particular was outstanding. She was helpful with our reservation and let us know to contact her at any time for help.

Great park, very clean and well kept the people who own and run the park are are friendly and will help you any way they can. There are three restaurants nearby, a Bush’s chicken, a barbecue and a Subway. We stayed for three nights in April and two nights in May of this year 2022. We have a 38 ft motorhome and pull a car behind, you have plenty of room to just pull through if you don’t want to unhook your car. We plan on staying here again next year.

Deer Crossing is as represented, very quiet and clean. It is a work in progress, the owners have only started putting this together a year ago. Very easy to pull a 42’ trailer in and out, no issues at all. We will be returning to this same location again.

Just a regular no frills, site park. Nice, nothing fancy, but hook ups and set up we’re fairly new. Easy access to Waco and surroundings.

Nice, large park. Looked pretty new, but I'm not sure. Dog park area is nice. We always prefer a park with a dog area for our small dogs. The only negative was the wind and gravel that would blow, but that's not the parks problem, mother nature was just wound up. We'd probably stay there again, if in the area.

Very pleased with our stay at Deer Crossing RV Park. Debbie & Don are amazing owners. They keep the RV Park impeccable. They are both readily available for any questions or needs and always in good spirits. The area is quiet and we even got to enjoy the blue bonnets from our windows. DEFINITELY a GREAT place to go!!! DEFINITELY a 5 Star!!!
