Rules

Quiet Hours are from 8:30pm to 10:00am. Please be quiet and considerate of your neighbors

Keep your spot clean

The space you are renting is neat, clean, and adequate for your recreational vehicle. Keep it that way and return the RV Site upon expiration of your site rental in the same condition provided. Do not make any changes to the RV Site without the prior written consent of the park.

Loud, obnoxious, disorderly, boisterous, or unlawful conduct or conduct that disturbs or threatens the rights, comfort, or convenience of other in or near the Property will not be tolerated

Violence or the threat of violence will not be tolerated

No display, discharge or possession of a gun, knife or other weapons in any way that may alarm others

The possession, sale or manufacture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia on the RV Site or anywhere else on the Property is prohibited

The operation of a business on the RV Site or on the Property is prohibited

The storage of hazardous materials on the RV Site or anywhere on the Property is prohibited

Speed limit is 5 MPH

No parking on the grass or in unassigned parking spaces

No major vehicle repairs will be permitted on the premises

Pets must be on leash at all times. A shovel or bag is as necessary as a leash; CLEAN UP IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Cutting of trees and plants is prohibited

Keep your campsite litter free, including cigarette butts

Campfires in grills only

Do not let water run unnecessarily

Clotheslines are PROHIBITED AFTER 2PM DAILY

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ALL RULES WILL RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF THE SITE SERVICES AGREEMENT AND REQUIRE YOU TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY

This is a very nice park outside of Waco. It is very quiet and peaceful. Easy access and great communication from the host. We were in a class A motorhome with a tow vehicle.

Deer Crossing RV is a nice little park. Clean and neat but thought it could have been more informative as to what was available; such as laundry, showers etc

Deb & Don are first class people. Their hospitality knows no bounds. Debbie is just the sweetest person to deal with and was a great help making our viewing of the April 2024 total eclipse of the sun successful. We highly recommend staying here. There is a laundry room with toilet but no shower. There is a single washer/dryer.

Wonderful park we will be back. Nice and clean. Field of wildflowers was an added bonus. Only downside was only one washer and dryer. Laundry took longer.

Great park. We were a group of 35 the wheels traveling to Waco for the 2024 grand design eclipse rally and needed a night before check in. The lady on the phone was terrific and had places for us. One of the rigs was 42 ft. The sites were level, the hookups perfectly placed. Nice dog walking area,

Perfect location for us while in Waco. Debby worked with us when we had to leave earlier than expected. We have stayed at Deer Crossing several times. Wifi is good, it's quiet, and easy access to Waco and Highway 6.

Great spot for a few days…clean and quiet!! Never saw the owner/mgr …only talked to them by phone but checking in was smooth. It’s 12 mi west of Waco, which I didn’t realize when I booked it but easy drive into town and close enough to everything we wanted to do.

Nice quiet park just outside of Waco. I’d guess 1/2 of the spots are occupied by full timers, but they were clean, tidy and looked nice. This is our second stay here and both were nice visits to the area.

This place is awesome! Debbie and Donny are fantastic hosts. They maintain a beautiful place which is impeccably tidy. I had a problem with my rig while I was there and they did everything possible to help me get it fixed. They are truly the people who go out of their way to help others.

The campground is clean and the site are level. I have 2 issues with park. The first is there is no shower house or washrooms. The second is that the sewer location is not located properly on the sites and you need to use long sewer hoses to dump. I had 2 10’ lengths and it wasn’t enough without moving the rig. Other than these issues a good park with a good location.

We don't usually have issues with the location of the sewer connection, but it also depends on the RV, if you have a tow and trying to fit RV and tow in the site without unhooking, and other reasons. When visiting next time, we can try another site. We hope to see you again soon.

Had a great first outing in our new travel trailer! Spots were level and the water hookup was properly insulated so we had fresh water through our heated hose despite 19 degrees overnight. Lovely gated dog area. Will stay again!
