Whether you want to visit the Magnolia Silos, Baylor University, or just enjoy a relaxed country setting, Waco RV Park is the place to stay. If you like large, beautiful shade trees and wide-open green space, you will love Waco RV Park. Cradled in its own pocket of natural Texas landscape, with Shaw Creek circling its border, it offers the rare combination of seclusion and convenience. We are a casual, inviting slice of nature all with full hookups for both 30 and 50 amps.
From here it is only 8.8 miles and 13 minutes to the Magnolia Silos and downtown Waco; 7.3 miles and 8 minutes to McLane Stadium; and 7.9 miles and 10 minutes from Baylor University campus.
The beautiful sunset you see is at Tradinghouse Creek Reservoir, less than 4 miles away. Check out their website here: http://tpwd.texas.gov/fishboat/fish/recreational/lakes/tradinghouse/
Our guests enjoy a large, beautiful covered Pavilion with complimentary tables and chairs for individual relaxation or socializing with family and friends. The Pavilion is the perfect place for dinner or just forgetting the cares of the day. Our on-site laundry is available to our guests 24/7.
Our swimming pool is adjacent to the covered Pavilion so you can enjoy the water and have a shady place to rest when you get out. Our guests love it!
We are a small family-owned and run park. We host daily, short-term and longer-term campers. We are not fancy and don’t have some of the amenities that the big parks have, but if you want to enjoy your time here, you will.
Our standard rates are: $35 daily; $190 weekly (7 nights); and $325 plus electricity for monthly stays. Rates may be slightly different depending on the number of campers or other circumstances at the time. Please contact us to confirm the rates. We honor many discounts. Just ask.
Call us at 254 717 0505 for reservations or to inquire about availability.
You can email us at email@example.com, but calling us will usually produce a faster response. Booking through RoverPass is an easy option, although we may not be able to get back to you immediately late at night or in the wee hours of the morning.
We look forward to seeing you!

Ms. Marsh, I believe this review is from you based on its timing, although for some strange reason there is no name attached to it. I am glad we were able to accommodate you and your sister at the last minute. I agree with some of your observations about the roads, and I am sorry if that was an inconvenience to you. While the road overall needs more gravel, we are glad that only a few places are muddy. Regardless, we will be regrading and adding base and gravel to the entire road when we catch a long enough break from the rain. We have had an unseasonably high amount of rainfall since October, and, due to the saturation of the soil, there is even some water still standing along highway 6 where you were traveling. We are a Mom and Pop park, and since Pop died last year, I am still trying to fill his shoes and see to the things he always took care of. I often fall short, but it is gradually getting better. I hope the next time you and your sister come through Waco you will stay with us again and see some much improved roads. Best wishes for you and your hotel. Margaret Wilson
Chad, thank you for your kind review. We are very happy that you have chosen to stay with us on a monthly basis. If we did have permanent residents, we would certainly want you to be one of them, but just to be clear for those who sometimes ask, we cannot accept reservations for longer than a month's stay at a time.
Jamey and Peggy, We are sorry we could not meet your expectations. We made sure you received a maximum refund from Rover Pass and even paid to refund the booking fee, which is not usually part of the refund. We wish you the best in your travels.
Babs, thank you for your kind review, as well as your concern for my husband. He is doing well now. Although we do have guests who have chosen to stay with us on a monthly basis, we also host many like you who stay a week or two, as well as those who are traveling and need a place for only a couple of nights. We value all of you, so we are adding more space and new sites. We would love to have you here again. Maybe by then we will have the new space finished !
Sadie, please permit me to say a belated late thank you for your kind review of our park. I have never called it elegant, but we will surely accept the compliment !
