This is a mediocre campground on a beautiful site on the bank of the Ohio River. The sites are gravel. They are arranged in pairs with a shared power pedestal (two 50 amp outlets only), a single water faucet with a Y splitter, and side-by-side sewer connections. They are designed to back in on one side and drive in on the other. The electric box is six feet off the ground. There is a tire rim for the fire pit. There is no picnic table or grill to use or Wi-Fi. The road off of I-24 is a narrow, twisty road which is not easy to drive with a big rig. The nearest stores are about 5 miles away. If going to Paducah (30 minute drive), be sure and check out the National Quilt Museum. The quilts are works of art and worth the trip even if you are not interested in quilting.

Peace and quiet with awesome views of the river and barges going by. Will definitely go back when in the area again. Good shade trees and lot 1 was great.

A little off the beaten path, but well worth it. Great views of the Ohio River and very peaceful. Sites were spacious and staff were very friendly. Beautiful sunset views.

Hostess was very nice. Views of the river are also very nice. Park is a little too far out of the way and the park needs gravel badly to eliminate mud during the rain. Also muddy puddles which get our RV dirty when leaving. Probably won’t use the park again.

This is a beautiful location to camp at. It is fairly remote and internet access (without Starlink) is spotty at best. It is a great place to relax for a few days and watch the boats go down the river. The spots are gravel but very level. Water, power and sewer all worked as designed. We will be back.

As the late, great Tina Turner said: "Simply the best!" Such a hidden gem. It truly is miles from anywhere. Acres of well cared for grass. My site was nose to the bank of the Ohio river. No leveling required. The sites are very large, well shaded. This is the most tranquil, peaceful park I've been to yet. The only noise was the sounds of the barges going past on the river. Beautiful sunsets. Kim, the owner is so nice, friendly abd helpful. This place is immaculate! No service for TMobile, 2 bars on my Verizon hot spot, but did not bother me. A great place to read a book, take long walks and enjoy the view.

This was only the 3rd campground we've stayed at...newbies. But it was great! Super friendly staff and the grounds and facilities were very clean. Didn't get to use the pool but it looked really nice and well kept. Shower and bath facility were very clean and plenty of privacy. I wish we lived closer to use it more often.

Looking for peace and quiet, this is the place! On the river, lots are a good size, hookups we're no issues. Watching the barges go by was cool. Owners were great and very helpful. Beautiful place to camp. Most definitely going back!

The hostess was very friendly and helpful. Guests were friendly and discussed the Ohio River traffic, since we were 30 ft from it. Very quiet with lush grass, maple trees for shade , level sites, and trash pickup in the morning by the road. I would stay again when near Paducah.

The park staff are friendly and helpful. The views are very nice and relaxing! It’s very quiet aside from an occasional barge passing by. It’d be nice to have a picnic table at each site. The common restroom is a pretty good distance from the campsites. If you want internet connectivity, bring a good hotspot. We have T-Mobile phones and had almost no connectivity most of the 3 days. Or just plan for a tech detox.
