The Central Texas RV Park is located in the beautiful town of Franklin Texas and is a great spot for an authentic southern vacation. Just beyond the campground, campers can look forward to excellent attractions such as the Franklin Drive Thru Safari, Brazos Valley Museum of Natural History and the Nocturnal Wonderland festival. There's also Grand Station Entertainment, Waco Mammoth National Monument and Brazos Valley Worldfest. Cedar Grove is a friendly, gated community for the privacy and security of our guests. From check-in to check-out you will feel secure knowing only our guests and members have access to “YOUR” park. We also have numerous security cameras throughout the common areas of the park. Cedar Grove RV Park provides you with the amenities you want for an enjoyable outdoor experience. Take advantage of our oversized RV spaces so you’re not looking at your neighbor’s back window. We have 6, pull-through spaces that are 140 feet in length, and 50 back-in spaces to let you choose how you want to park. Each space has abundant trees to provide a real “nature” feel with real shade and cover. Our premium spaces have a 20′ x 38′ aluminum cover to give you added shade as well as protect your RV from inclement weather and other disturbances.

Brazos River Retreat, located just 25 miles from downtown Houston and 20 miles from the Medical Center, is a hidden little honey hole. Most campers are convinced they are lost on the way here because you come through a beautiful neighborhood of mansions and multimillion dollar homes. The park is in a secluded area where the park owners chose to keep the peace and tranquility of the natural area. This is not your typical park location. It is built in the middle of some of the most expensive properties in the suburb of Houston called Sugar Land. Once you are on the wooded property, you would believe you are miles away from civilization. However, our park’s neighborhood has two Starbucks, a “Signature Kroger” grocery store, multiple local restaurants, major bank branches, spas, Target, Walmart, etc. Our park features back in, pull thru, full 20/30/50 amp water and sewer sites. Some amenities include trash services, bbq/grill, picnic tables and beautiful waterfront views to list a few. Outdoor activities include backpacking, fishing, hiking, kayaking and canoeing to list a few.  Again, this is not like the other RV parks in the area built with lots of concrete, no trees next to a highway.  We enjoy the secluded outdoors and the amenities of the higher end neighborhood. The At The Beach RV Park is located in the quiet, picturesque town of Gilchrist, Texas and is a great place for a relaxing southern getaway. Nearby, travelers can find Galveston Beach, with attractions like the Baywatch Dolphin Tours, Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge, Galveston Historic Pleasure Pier and a host of great local eateries, shops and museums. The Texas State Railroad Campground is located 3 miles west of the beautiful East Texas town of Rusk and is a great spot for a fun southern escape! We offer campsites with water only, water and electricity or full hookups with 30/50-amp service and sewer. The Grounds offer picnic tables, fire rings, and WiFi! There are separate showers and restrooms onsite, a nature trail and a campground office complete with a gift shop and firewood for purchase. The 15-acre Cherokee Lake is where fishermen will find a variety of fish including crappie, catfish, striped bass, sauger, walleye, smallmouth bass, bluegill and largemouth bass. Whether they are casting, spinning or flying fish, chances of getting a bite are good! Onsite, travelers may look forward to historic sightseeing. For the history buff, there's plenty of other historic sites, a number of green spaces of nature walks and scenic viewing and of course, visitors may expect great local eateries and bars to enjoy. Carved out of the east Texas tall pine is our park, shaded under 80’ to 90’ tall pines, backed up to a large pond with camping sites and gorgeous pasture views on the east side is our park. We have really nice restrooms (men and women) and do have laundry on site. Also we have one large cabin that is available to rent for larger groups and can sleep up to 8 (comes with upper level loft). Just outside of the cabin/laundry is a nice shaded sitting area.
