Wilder Park offers 88 acres of camping, picnicking, walking, biking, or playtime! We are conveniently located 1/4 mile east of Allison, Iowa on Highway 3. Our amenities include two fishing ponds, a dog park, 18-hole frisbee disc golf, sand volleyball, two playgrounds, picnic shelters, pickle ball court, BMX pump track, large in-ground chess/checkers board, Wilder Mountain, intra-park hard surfaced walking/biking trail connected to Rolling Prairie Trail, 18-acre wildflower prairie, forest, severe storm shelters, two library kiosks, entertainment stage with free summer concerts and on-site camp hosts.   Occasional Friday night food trucks and Saturday morning coffee trucks. The campground is located along the Pecatonica River and Tri-County Recreational Trail.  Ride and enjoy the many sights along the famous Cheese Country ATV Trail and local Darlington ATV Club Trails. Visit Mathys Ace Hardware for your non-resident trail pass, if needed. Launch your canoe and paddle the Pecatonica River or fish & swim along the banks of the river. Take a stroll along the lighted walking path.  Just sit and relax and enjoy the wildlife along the water’s edge! Don’t forget to enjoy shopping and eating in Darlington, or travel a short distance to historic Shullsburg or Mineral Point.  The possibilities are endless! Indian Lake Park is a 177-acre, city owned park.  This delightful retreat is an ideal location not only for fishermen, but for picnickers and campers alike.  In addition to the 44-acre, no wake lake, the Park has many tree-shaded areas for the non-fisherman, as well.  A lovely two-mile nature interpretive trail encompasses the lake and is great for hiking, biking, and cross country skiing in the winter. The lake has a roped-off swimming area (swim at your own risk-no lifeguard) and kayaks and a canoe are available for rent. We offer full hook up RV sites, water and electric only sites, electric sites, primitive tent sites and cabins. Our cabins are far from fancy and have been standing since the 80's, but they are a clean and comfortable stay. Consider it glamping, where you get all the fun of camping but all the comforts of a bed, indoor bathroom, air conditioning/heat, and a kitchen to cook in. Our park managers/caretakers strive to ensure that you enjoy your stay at the park and create life long memories with your families. It features 16 full hookup campsites that are big rig friendly (option of 30 or 50 amp). Many of them are pull through accessible. The park provides limited Wifi, welcomes pets on a leash, and has a sewer hookups at every site.  Campsite amenities offered include picnic tables and fire circles. It also includes basic amenities like restrooms with hot showers and laundry facilities. Visitors can also enjoy activities such as biking, hiking, fishing, and wildlife watching. Our little community has 2 banks, grocery store, hardware store, pharmacy, restaurants, NAPA auto, 2 gas stations, including Casey's pizza, Dollar General, and a historical hotel who guests have met a ghost or two. Crossroads RV Park is a campground located near Pleasant, Iowa. It features full hookup campsites that are big rig friendly. Many of them are pull through accessible for RVs of up to 90 feet. The park provides free WiFi and cable TV, allows pets, and has a dump station. Campsite amenities offered include a clubhouse, picnic tables, fire circles, and grills. The Potosi Brewery is located along the scenic Great River Road in the Driftless Region of Wisconsin. Located near the mighty Mississippi and limestone bluffs, this historic brewery began in 1852. We offer our RVers primitive RV sites so your stay is covered! Feeling a glass of beer? Enjoy a glass of variety of options which include over 6 cold brews 7 seasonal brews, 4 signature can series and 6 barrel aged beers. We invite campers to stay in our spacious parking lot that is right next to a charming bubbling brook.
