Nice Flat gravel parking spot for the trailer, friendly campground hosts, great facilities, nice lake and playground areas, and really really really quiet at night. Great campground!

We had such a great time! Wasn’t a busy weekend at the park but everyone was awesome.

Michael Fauser

Would give this a better rating, if it wasn't for the ATVs driving around the park. Way too much noise for us. In our opinion they don't belong in campgrounds.

Walter Andrews

This was our first time camping at Wilder Park. We had an amazing time! The hosts are super friendly and helpful. We played several of the games throughout the park and also utilized the bike path. We will definitely be back!

Campground Response

Thanks Linda we are glad you had a chance to enjoy our park.

Jay Fredrick

The park and campground were great! It was full because it was a holiday weekend but the hosts still found time to check in several times and see if everything was okay and if we needed anything. We walked and biked the trails, played disc golf, visited with neighboring campers and more.

Campground Response

Jay we love having you and Donna visit the park and look forward to seeing you many more times. We strive very hard to make sure things are hassle-free for each visit.

The campground is great, however, the camphosts are watching everything you do & won't leave you alone. They seem to be "power hungry" or maybe they just need more jobs to do so that campers can camp without them being bothered.

Campground Response

We are sorry you felt that way, in no way are we watching what you do. We are out in the park, not hiding in our trailer, because we care about the park and have things we need to tend to. Sometimes we may be visiting with returning campers. Our goal is to make sure everything during your weekend is working and you are not having any issues. Such as with a neighbor's dog not on a leash or later night noise. Which is why we may wave and ask if everything is going ok. We just care.

Very good experience. Only wish you still passed out an agenda as to what is going on in the park like you did in the past.

Campground Response

Thank Mary, That is a great idea and I can almost guarantee you it will be an addition next year.

It was a great weekend with family and friends. Camp hosts are very friendly and helpful. Always love Wilder Park. Too bad the weatherman couldn’t have given us a little cooler weather though

Campground Response

Thanks, Joan, it was a hot weekend. Next year, I'm having a serious talk with the weatherman. But we will have the water sprinklers on standby.

We love going to Wilder! Such a beautiful place and lots to do…. Walking/biking trails, fishing, miniature golf, swings by the lake and more. The shower house is decent and clean. Gary and Michelle, the camp hosts, are great! Gary is very present throughout the day making sure everything is going well. They even turned on the sprinkler for the children when it was near 100 degrees on Labor Day weekend. My daughter loved it! They have driven around in the hot summer evenings and handed out popsicles to the kids. How awesome is that? Above and beyond for sure! I cannot say enough positive things about them. They are such a great couple and Wilder is blessed to have them as their hosts. They sure know how to do their job!

Campground Response

Marge we are so touched. The heat did not help the weekend, but we will do everything to make it as comfortable as possible and if that means popsicles, splash pad what ever it takes. We hope to see you again.
