We offer full hook-up RV sites, rentable camping trailers, and several private rooms for overnight accommodations, as well as several water and electric only RV sites. We have almost unlimited primitive tent camping, as well as a number of tent sites with water and electric service.  Other amenities include a well-appointed unisex restroom and shower facility, picnic areas, fire bowls, RV dump station and a clubhouse to name a few. We are located in the country but still close enough to get to the interstate and the largest casino in the world Winstar. Each of our sites have 30amp and 50amp electric along with water and sewer we also have superior wifi and concrete patios at every site. We are gated for security, we have a pool and ice machine and a laundry mat. We are situated on 35 acres , its peaceful and you can see deer all around us. The Sunset Cove Marina is located in the beautiful town of Corsicana, Texas and is a great spot for an authentic outdoor adventure. Campers can look forward to a number of activities along the Richland Chambers Lake; travelers can enjoy excellent fishing and boating, as well as sunset and scenic viewing along the lake. There's  pecan trees to provide shade for shore-side picnicking and swimming, and there's also plenty of space on the water for kayaking, paddle boarding and canoeing. Now open is our café serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Just beyond the campground is a number of other attractions including: Pioneer Village, the Pearce Museum, Angelita Vineyard and Winery, Navarro Mills Lake, Canterbury Court Antiques, Corsicana Field Aviation Heritage Foundation Museum and fishing charters and tours. The area is also filled with excellent historic sites and great, local eateries. Take hwy 380 to Paloma creek blvd. Go North on Paloma creek blvd to Doe Branch Road. Note... Paloma creek blvd's name changes to Gammom Rd where it intersects with Doe branch Rd. Turn Right on Doe Branch Road. Address is 2440 Doe Branch Road. Drive to the end of Doe Branch road. 2440 is located right side of the culdedsac. There is outdoor lighting on the fence perimeter. Pull into the wrought iron gate. Go to the far Right side of the property. Camp site is on the Far Right side of the two story building with the red door.

A small but spacious 14 site park on 25 acres with 7 pull throughs capable of handling big rigs up to 78 feet long and 7 back-in sites with fire rings. Full hookups with 50/30/20 amp electrical service, fresh city water and sewer hookups. Free WIFI. A walking trail has been created in the rear of the property that goes through dense woods and covers around 15 acres. A doggy park has also been built. Coming very soon, a bathroom with a shower stall!  We also are setting up a small laundromat that will be ready by next week. We also have primitive tent camping sites in the woods at the rear of the property. A very nice time of year to go tent camping! We now have a laundry, toilet and shower facility for your convenience!
