We are located in the country but still close enough to get to the interstate and the largest casino in the world Winstar. Each of our sites have 30amp and 50amp electric along with water and sewer we also have superior wifi and concrete patios at every site. We are gated for security, we have a pool and ice machine and a laundry mat. We are situated on 35 acres , its peaceful and you can see deer all around us. If your looking for a safe quite place to camp feel free to book with us any time Thank you.

We are gated for security, we have a fishing pond that's been added along with all our other amenities like our swimming pool, laundry, free ice machine, shower house, wifi, workout room. Come see us for the peace and quite thank you.

Campfires

Please extinguish campfires after use.

Pet Policy

The following breeds are not allowed at Old Towne Rv Ranch: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans, and Wolf Hybrids. Pets must be kept on a leash, under control, and quiet at all times or your pet may be asked to leave the park. Pets whose unruly behavior causes personal injury or property damage must vacate the premises. Pet feces must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly. Pets are not allowed inside any of the park buildings or pool area

Speed Limit

Speed limit is set at 10 mph.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am daily.

Registered Guests

All guests and visitors must do a one time check in with an ID before entering the park .

No Parking

No parking on adjacent spaces or in the road

No smoking inside

No smoking inside bathroom/shower or laundry facility

Trash

Help us maintain a clean and tidy park by not littering. Please dispose of trash in the proper manner, including cigarette buds.

Sewer Connection

Sewer hose seal is required for all sewer hookups.

Park damage

Any guest that willfully or negligently destroys park property or equipment will be held liable for the value to repair or replace damaged items.

Returned Checks

There is a $50 charge for each returned check.

No Liability

Management assumes no liability for loss or damage to guest property and/or injury to person, pet, or party arising due to use of park facilities or caused by others on the premises.
