Located in the Lincoln National Forest, New Mexico are the Bluff Springs Dispersed Campsites. It is a partially developed picnic area with dispersed campsites with spectacular mountain views, and beautiful forestry all around. Take one of the trails around clumps of wildflowers, and be sure to catch at least one sunset or sunrise; have a camera handy! There's also a few small waterfalls within the park so keep your eyes open for that! Most visitors to this site go off to the Cloudcroft village to take advantage of the local sights and do some gift or food shopping. Maybe you'll be in time for one of the three annual festivals that take place in Zenith Park in the village.

The Elk Run Cabins and RV Park is located in the beautiful mountains of Alto, New Mexico, and are just a few minutes from Ruidoso, Ski Apache, Spencer Theater and Bonito Lake. The site is also popular for hunting, and picnicking at the Smokey Bear Ranger District Picnic Area. Adjacent to the Malpais Lava Flow is the Valley of Fires recreation Area. Travelers love this park because from a distance, the hardened lava flows appear barren, but a hike around the formation will reveal a variety of flowers, cacti, bushes and trees common in the Chihuahuan desert. The area is also known to be buzzing with wildlife. Look forward to barberry sheep, bats, mule deer, road runner, great horned owls and a plethora of other bird species uncommon in other parts of the state. The Holloman AFB FamCamp is used for military professionals and is located within the New Mexico Air Base. The park is safe and well-known for its easy access to sights like the White Sands National Monument, Space History Museum, CLoudcroft, Pistacio Farms, Ruidoso, White Sands Missile Range and the Organ Mountains. If you like history, you'll have a blast at this campground.

Our family-owned park is newly purchased in 2018, and is prided on providing exceptional service and a memorable experience to our visitors. Since purchasing the park, it has been consistently updated, adding several new amenities, ensuring it is the most comfortable stay possible. Some of the new amenities include, an office building, full-laundry facility, full- bathroom with shower, metal privacy fence, BBQ grill, picnic table, dog run, and many trees and roses were planted to brighten up the park.  Each site offers free basic Wi-Fi, water, sewer, and LED lights on the RV pedestal making it easier for utility connections. There are plenty of pull through sites with 40-50 foot shade trees, which is nice for getting out of the New Mexico heat. Hatch is a small, quaint, and relaxing place to pass through any time of year. It is known as the "Chile Capital of the World," for growing both red and green chile. Thousands of people visit from around the country to buy and stock up on their chile for the year. During harvest time, you can smell the chile as it is being roasted, stroll through various chile stands, and see the locals making beautiful ristras. It truly is an experience to be had! This park is centrally located and within walking distance to several unique locally family owned and operated restaurants. The most notable is the famous Sparky’s Burgers and BBQ, but Valley Café Restaurant is a personal favorite! You will also find authentic chile stands, food/fruit stands, as well as, local and imported hand-made Mexican folk art, including pottery and iron figurines. It is a short drive to either, Caballo or Elephant Butte Lake, should you want to spend some time on the water! Or if you want to take the short drive into the “Big City” of Las Cruces, and do some dining and shopping you can do that too! Lil' Abner’s RV Park is located in Sierra County in Southern New Mexico.  With easy on and off I-25 Interstate.  If traveling north take exit 59, if traveling South take exit 63 to I-187 state road.  We have a beautiful views of the Caballo Mountains and night skygazing. A perfect place to stop and get recharged for the next of driving or stay awhile. with convenience of a General Store onsite with a full line of fishing tackle & live bait with Camping, RV and boating needs. Caballo Lake entrance is mile and half south of the RV Park where guests can enjoy fishing, boating, waterskiing, swimming, paddle boarding, canoeing & kayaking. With a large boat ramp to quickly get out on the water. Lil' Abner’s RV Park has quick access to the local Hot Springs; Museum’s; Ghost Towns and Geronimo Trail; White Sands; Shattuck Vineyards and Winery; T or C Brewery. Also Trails for hiking, biking, horseback riding, ATV & Off Road. The Caballo Mountains are full of beautiful rocks for those gem & rock hounds. Along with Gold Panning. And an abundance of birds for those birders. Each site has full hookups with metered 20/30 and 50 Amps;  water and sewer hookups. Level sites with 6 back in spaces 45L x 30W and 8 pull throughs 75 L x 21W.  Drydocks available. Electric is paid separately and at time of check out. During COVIED-19  no picnic tables will be on site.  Please plan accordingly.  Masks are required to be worn when entering store. Arrival time must be at least 15 minutes prior to Dusk so that you have time to set up and connect.  No exceptions after that time period.   A great place to stay at any time of the year.
