Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Pets

Pets must remain on a leash and be attended to at all times. Please clean up after your pet's waste.

Cleanliness and Consideration

Please keep your site neat and tidy at all times.

Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs

Vehicle maintenance and repairs cannot be completed within the campground or your site.

Speed Limit

The speed limit at the campground is 5 MPH. Please no speeding at any time.

Family Friendly Campground

This is a family friendly campground. Please no inappropriate behavior, indecent exposure, etc. These behaviors will not be tolerated by the campground.

Local Residents

Our campground does not allow local residents for long term reservations.

I have to admit when we pulled in I was sure I made a mistake. This place is full of residents, older rigs with stuff everywhere. If I were traveling alone I would have left. The managers met us and helped with getting set in our space and they are wonderful. The whole place a made you feel at home and very comfortable. We would stay there again. All utilities worked fine no problems, did not use bathrooms but very clean. Spaces are close and very few for nightly stays.

Ok for an overnight stop. Older RV park is 99% full timers so truly only one-two spots available (one under repair). Paid for 50 amp but only 30 amp was available. Sewer was nowhere to be found. Neighbors were very nice as was the camp host - so a pleasant experience. We stayed in a motorhome.

This is not an rv park. It is a horrible trailer park. The only good thing was a friendly resident helped us to find our spot. Do not stay here. Trashy and won't be back.

Nice little place. Good use so more parking but very comfortable. Would recommend it to anyone. Staff is more then helpful. Tenants very pleasant. Bathroom were clean. Will stay again.

Park was quiet and had some nice sized trees. However, we didn’t realize that the park was also a long-term RV site and several sites/campers were very run down and sites had a lot of clutter. The sites were also very small and if you tried to sit outside, you were sitting next to the other sites sewage area. It worked for just an overnight stay.

Adding to my previous review m. Great bathrooms. Clean. One site had loud music at night. Not really music. Loud base. Small trouble with sewer connection and it was fixed asap. No it doesn’t have many amenities and has mostly old rvs in place- the people are wonderful. For the price it’s great.

Great small park. Old, but fits the needs. New owners are making improvements and maintaining. Very nice people. Everyone is friendly and it appears that many of the rvs and it’s owners have been around awhile. We will return. Great price. Easy access to town and the freeway. Very quiet.

Not a nice place! Pics are misleading. There were people living in the park with junk piled around there rv/homes. We almost left but they have a no refund policy unless its days in advance. There was traffic in and out of the park all night. There was one a homeless druggie in and out of the park at all hours. If you’re looking for a nice rv park for the night this is not it!! Beware!!
