Our family-owned park is newly purchased in 2018, and is prided on providing exceptional service and a memorable experience to our visitors. Since purchasing the park, it has been consistently updated, adding several new amenities, ensuring it is the most comfortable stay possible. Some of the new amenities include, an office building, full-laundry facility, full- bathroom with shower, metal privacy fence, BBQ grill, picnic table, dog run, and many trees and roses were planted to brighten up the park.

Each site offers free basic Wi-Fi, water, sewer, and LED lights on the RV pedestal making it easier for utility connections. There are plenty of pull through sites with 40-50 foot shade trees, which is nice for getting out of the New Mexico heat..

Hatch is a small, quaint, and relaxing place to pass through any time of year. It is known as the "Chile Capital of the World," for growing both red and green chile. Thousands of people visit from around the country to buy and stock up on their chile for the year. During harvest time, you can smell the chile as it is being roasted, stroll through various chile stands, and see the locals making beautiful ristras. It truly is an experience to be had!

This park is centrally located and within walking distance to several unique locally family owned and operated restaurants. The most notable is the famous Sparky’s Burgers and BBQ, but Valley Café Restaurant is a personal favorite! You will also find authentic chile stands, food/fruit stands, as well as, local and imported hand-made Mexican folk art, including pottery and iron figurines.

It is a short drive to either, Caballo or Elephant Butte Lake, should you want to spend some time on the water! Or if you want to take the short drive into the “Big City” of Las Cruces, and do some dining and shopping you can do that too!

We hope you are able to come and visit our great Village of Hatch, and look forward to your stay at our park. Should you need any assistance please do not hesitate to reach out, as we are happy to help in any way necessary.

We stayed here when our reservations for Percha Dam State Park were canceled due to COVID. The spaces are small but the RV park is relatively quiet. Our space was under beautiful shade trees and made sitting outside very comfortable. I would suggest that trash cans be placed around the park and signs should be posted throughout the park telling pet owners to clean up after their pets. There was a lot of pet waste around the park. Also, when reservations are confirmed, the owner should share the internet information as well as the code to use the public restrooms.

Hi Lynn, Thank you for your review, I want to address some of your concerns regarding your stay at the park. This park was purchased from a previous owner in 2018, with site sizes already in place. The sites comfortably allow trailers to pull in with more than enough space on each side, and allows for all slide-outs to be released. There is a big metal trash bin at the back of the park for all guests to use. The reason there is only one trash bin is to prevent people from loosely throwing their trash, and possibly having the bins knocked over and have spilled trash all over the park. Instead, there is one bin that requires trash to be tied and deposited so it is all consolidated to that one area. As far as the posted pet signs with rules and regulations, (also reminding owners to clean up after their pets), there are actually two located within the park. One of them being at the registration station, and the other by the designated dog area. There is a park manager that walks the park each night and makes sure the park is clean and free of loose trash, debris, and dog waste. The last of your concerns deals with the restroom facility. It is actually NOT a public restroom, but one that is available to guests who choose to purchase that amenity for the length of their stay. Since COVID-19 the restroom facilities have been CLOSED to guests. We take all concerns seriously, as we strive to continuously improve. We hope you will visit us again!

We spent one night there and found it to be clean and well maintained. The only thing that we found interesting is no one on site as far as management. Good or bad, who knows. We had no problems at all and will stay again. Larry

Not to many people cared to wear masks even though NM required it. Park was clean and well kept. A little tight on the space size; liked that there were railings or posts denoting space boundaries. Loved the mature shade trees in the center row. There were laundry and guest restrooms although we didn't use them. Easy in and out.
