Our family-owned park is newly purchased in 2018, and is prided on providing exceptional service and a memorable experience to our visitors. Since purchasing the park, it has been consistently updated, adding several new amenities, ensuring it is the most comfortable stay possible. Some of the new amenities include, an office building, full-laundry facility, full- bathroom with shower, metal privacy fence, BBQ grill, picnic table, dog run, and many trees and roses were planted to brighten up the park.

Each site offers free basic Wi-Fi, water, sewer, and LED lights on the RV pedestal making it easier for utility connections. There are plenty of pull through sites with 40-50 foot shade trees, which is nice for getting out of the New Mexico heat.

Hatch is a small, quaint, and relaxing place to pass through any time of year. It is known as the "Chile Capital of the World," for growing both red and green chile. Thousands of people visit from around the country to buy and stock up on their chile for the year. During harvest time, you can smell the chile as it is being roasted, stroll through various chile stands, and see the locals making beautiful ristras. It truly is an experience to be had!

This park is centrally located and within walking distance to several unique locally family owned and operated restaurants. The most notable is the famous Sparky’s Burgers and BBQ, but Valley Café Restaurant is a personal favorite! You will also find authentic chile stands, food/fruit stands, as well as, local and imported hand-made Mexican folk art, including pottery and iron figurines.

It is a short drive to either, Caballo or Elephant Butte Lake, should you want to spend some time on the water! Or if you want to take the short drive into the “Big City” of Las Cruces, and do some dining and shopping you can do that too!

We hope you are able to come and visit our great Village of Hatch, and look forward to your stay at our park. Should you need any assistance please do not hesitate to reach out, as we are happy to help in any way necessary.

We were at Hatch RV Park for one night, just traveling through to Arizona. The check-in process worked very well. When I called to get the password for the wi-fi, the phone was answered by a real person. The facility was very clean and well kept. Space #1 worked great for my 25 ft. towable + Ford F250 Crew Cab. I will use them on my return trip and in the future.

Easy in and easy out! Great facility in town close to any needed facility. Very nice place to hang your hat for a few days.

We stayed one night on our way to Tucson. Used gps to address, wrong. Entrance is past the address street about 100 feet. Thankfully there was a turn around at the end of the street. It was through a person’s property but with a 35 foot trailer I had little choice. Wish that was highlighted in the reservation. Other than that we had a nice walk the speedys to see all the road art. Spot was easy in and out and was quiet being so close to the road. Nice clean place.

Very attentive staff, quite location in near center of town close to restaurants, clean restroom and shower, good wifi and laundry services which I didn't use. This RV Park doesn't usually accept bicycling campers, but due to them being really cool and the weather they took me in. Had a great chat with management and with minor improvements this could be the spot for those riding the ACA Southern Tour like me! I hope they can address insurance/liability concerns and that they can offer their park to the cycling community as the only other spots are 30 miles away in Las Cruces to East or 25 miles to west at Caballo lake. If your a cyclist and want to stay, be cool, be helpful as management is trying to understand our needs and MAYBE provide a valuable service. I was quite happy and frankly my little spot in the corner was far better than many places I've stayed at since leaving Florida!

This RV Park is run by remote management via Smart Phone. The manager texted all needed info to my Cell Phone; excellent job! Railroad ties, 2 deep, encompass the Utilities with flowering bushes. While this looks awesome, it is difficult for Retirees to hop in and out; it's an accident waiting to happen. The Construction crew was great help and they are working diligently to create all the Sites with future amenities added to this RV Park. They are creating a doggie park and If they add a laundry, this park will be really nice when done. I would definitely stay in this park again.

Campground Response

Marty, thank you for your review but it honestly has left me scratching my head. I’m showing you stayed in site 3 and there are no railroad ties anywhere near that space. There is a flower bed on the other side of the park that was no where near the site you were in and if you are trying to walk through it I am even more perplexed as there is no reason for anyone to need to be in that area let alone walking through a flowerbed. There are some rose bushes around the area but you’d have to be blind to trip over them. Secondly, I do not know what construction crew you are referring to? We are not doing any construction around the park and it already has a dog run and on-site laundry room. I’m wondering if you are confusing us with another park you stayed at? Either way we are happy to hear that you would visit us again and you are always welcome :)

It was a great place to stay during the Chili Festival. Got a shady spot that was very level. The sites are very close together and there is only one unisex bathroom and shower for the entire park.

We stayed at the rv park during the Hatch festival. People who work there did a great job checking people in during a busy time. We enjoyed the park very much. It was close to everything going on in town.

Great RV Park. I like the ability to select a site, pay for it and then pull in without having to check in. The sites are long enough, and level enough, that I didn't have to unhook the trailer. Made leaving in the morning much easier, not to mention arrival. Temperature was around 106 when we arrived, so only connecting to electricity and water was great. As a suggestion, if the weather is hot try to get one of the sites under the trees, sites 8-15. We plan on staying here in the future.
