Brooks RV Park is the safest RV Park in the Louisville area, its beautifully landscaped; with 77 all full hook-up RV sites, and located just 1.8 miles from I-65! We are the only RV Park in Louisville Kentucky with creek front and or concrete pad sites. We are conveniently and centrally located for easy access to all Louisville, KY has to offer. Far enough away from the Freeway so there is no road noise. There are 2 nice golf courses within 3 miles. South Park Country Club and The Crossings Golf Courses are adjacent to the park. We are located near shopping, restaurants, Churchill Downs, Downtown Louisville, the bourbon distillery trail, and many other attractions. Many are less than 8 miles away. Daily rates for full hookup starting at $35-$45 a night, weekly starting at $220-$275, and monthly rates start at $445 and go up to $695 for the preferred creek front with concrete pad sites. We also offer over-sized, pull through sites, and a combo of creek front concrete pad, oversized, hill side, and pull through sites. (All rates include tax and electric except our monthly). All sites include water, sewer, dumpster service on lot 62, lawn care and monitored security cameras in beautiful and very Safe Park. All sites are 50 amp, and we have 50 to 30 amp adapters for sale for a $20 fee. Currently Wi-Fi is broadcast and available near the center lot 50. Come and enjoy the beautiful new landscaping in this Resort like RV Park with a creek. The park has paved roads, and this is a big rig park that can handle coaches as large as 50 feet. Because we are conveniently located in the greater Louisville metropolitan area, please know there is a nearby train track that comes by a few times a day, but you get used to it, and we are only 8 miles from the Louisville International airport, but there is no freeway noise which can be very loud. We do not have bath or shower houses, or a pool, but we do have credit card laundry facilities on site. There are showers within 2 miles at the Pilot gas station on I-65. We strive to offer excellent customer service, so please feel free to call if you have any issues! We have an on-site Assistant Manager. Annie’s Office Barn is located at the back of Lot 50, and you can reach her after you arrive by calling (502) 276-6090, or look for Annie doing landscaping in the park. For long term RV guests only, we require RVs to be 10 years or newer and a free application. We do give variances to some Airstream and restored classic RVs with a picture pre-approval by Management. Situated on West French Drive, Prairie Cree Park is four miles west of U.S. 41 and one and six-tenths miles east of State Road 63, making it accessible from either highway. The park is a multipurpose park. Its distinctive feature is a beautiful grove of old growth sugar maple trees, that in the fall of the year, turn to brilliant golden yellows, reds, and oranges.
