Our campground is in a safe, clean, exclusive, country setting in the Greater Louisville area just 1.8 miles from I-65 at the Brooks exit 121. We do have great quality water and Wi-Fi. We keep the lawn nice, and are continuing to do more landscaping throughout the 10 acre park. We do have a paved loop around the park and some mobile homes still in the park, and we have removed over 22 mobile homes in the last 8 years. We are a no frills full hookup park with all 50 amp service sites. If you have a 30 amp rig, please bring a 50 to 30 adapter. We do sell them for $20 if you don't have one. We do not have a pool, laundry room, or showers, or bathrooms, but we are the only RV Park in the region with creek front sites and concrete pad sites. There is a train track about 400 yards away with 3-5 trains a day. If you are not use to hearing trains, please request a site on the other side of the park. If you need anything please feel free to call because we want all of our guests to be Happy Campers! Thank you for your interest!
We have long term monthly premium sites available for $425.00 per month. Electric is billed separate and paid individually per site. For monthly or long term rentals, please call us directly for reservations at (502) 276-6090.
We are completely booked for the 2020 Kentucky Derby. No site rentals are available April 24-May 3, 2020. Thank you for your interest.

Thank you Yvonne, we have done a lot in this park over the past 10 years including removing dozens of mobile homes and creating nice RV sites. The homes that are left all have really nice custom interiors, and we are doing a wood siding on them now for the betterment of the park grounds.
We are 75%+ RV sites, we have newer roads, landscaping, and a new lawn care company that really makes our park look like a resort and keeps it that way. There are a few mobile homes that are well taken care of and resident are screened extremely to the point that only 50% of applicants are approved. Only the best, nicest, and honest people are allowed to stay in this park. Some people just dont like seeing any mobile homes. All the pictures on the website are recent pictures of this park. We are only 1.8 miles from I-65 at the Brooks exit, and we are the only RV park in the area with concrete pad sites and creek front sites.
