We are a casual, inviting slice of nature all with full hookups for both 30 and 50 amps. We are a small family-owned park. We host daily, short-term and longer-term campers. We are not fancy and don’t have some of the amenities that the big parks have, but if you want to enjoy your time here, you will. If you want a place to stay where you can view the Texas stars that shine so bright, this is the place!  From here it is only 8.8 miles and 13 minutes to the Magnolia Silos and downtown Waco; 7.3 miles and 8 minutes to McLane Stadium; and 7.9 miles and 10 minutes from Baylor University campus. The beautiful sunset you see is at Tradinghouse Creek Reservoir, less than 4 miles away. Our guests enjoy a large, beautiful covered Pavilion for individual relaxation or socializing with family and friends. The Pavilion is the perfect place for dinner or just forgetting the cares of the day. Our on-site laundry is available to our guests 24/7. Our standard rates are: $37 daily; $230 weekly (7 nights); and $400 plus electricity (and refundable electricity deposit) The daily and weekly rates include electricity. Taking Exit 328 on I35 and a quick hop 1.7 miles East of the interstate on Greig Drive, we are the perfect mid-way point for travelers between Dallas and Austin as well as Snow Birds or Winter Texans as we like to call y'all! The Riverview Campground is located in the beautiful, bustling city of Waco and is a great spot to enjoy a fun and relaxing southern escape. Campers can look forward to both shady and sunny sites, plenty of trees and spaces for nature walks, sunset viewing and stargazing. The Quail Crossing RV Park is located in the beautiful  town of Woodway, Texas and is a great spot for a fun and relaxing southern escape. Campers can look forward to plenty of wide open spaces for exploring, hiking, biking and wide open skies for sunset viewing and stargazing. The Westcliff Park is located in the beautiful town of Belton, Texas and is a great spot for an authentic southern vacation. Travelers can enjoy birding, so when you visit, keep your eyes open for great blue herons, hawks, bobwhite quail, geese, ducks and Rio Grande turkey. There's also plenty of open water space for boating, canoeing, kayaking and fishing. The Live Oak Ridge Park is located at the breathtaking Belton Lake, and is a nature-lover's paradise. Campers can look forward to excellent scenic viewing, large oak trees, fresh air and plenty of shares. The campsites are flat and grassy with an abundance of wildflowers. Parrie Haynes Ranch Equestrian Center is settled along the Lampasas River on about 1600 acres of Hill Country terrain. West Fort Hood borders our northern side. The acreage is teeming with natural wildlife and native plants with trails that wind through rolling native prairies, pastures, cedar/oak trees, and crystal clear streams. The Priddy Cabin was built here in 1859. Other homes were scattered across the ranch and have only foundations remaining. Please be careful and respect our heritage. Visit the Parrie Haynes Ranch Museum in the Clubhouse (not big but a labor of love for our history). Families welcome! A full service campground located in Central Texas. The main camp is about 24 acres out of 1600.  Currently, there are 40 complete sites with 30 & 50 amp electricity, water, and pens at individual sites! We have 86 pens and a few corrals. There is a half size arena, round pen, and a fun obstacle course for you and your equine to enjoy. The footing is a combination of sand, caleche, and rock.  My mule is not shod but if your animal is not used to this terrain, I would advise shoes or boots. Keeping Texas Trails open for Equestrians, Hikers, Trail-Runners, and Mountain Bikers.
