We are a family owned and operated RV park located in Waco,TX. Taking Exit 328 on I35 and a quick hop 1.7 miles East of the interstate on Greig Drive, we are the perfect mid-way point for travelers between Dallas and Austin as well as Snow Birds or Winter Texans as we like to call y'all! We are are a little slice of Texas Heaven with all the amenities of the city just a couple miles away. This must-see tourist attraction is located less than 10 miles from our park along with many other fabulous gems our community has to offer. Come see other local favorites like the Texas Ranger's Hall of Fame, Sports Hall of Fame, Dr. Pepper Museum, Baylor University or any of the Downtown Waco activities that are always happening! Are you a Baylor University fan? The new McLane Stadium is within 10 minutes of the resort right on I-35. Located on 1633 Greig Drive in Waco, TX lies the Flat Creek Farms RV Resort. This big rig and pet friendly RV park includes WiFi, water, sewer, showers, electricity. You can also enjoy activities such as Historic Sightseeing, wildlife watching, wildlife viewing, and fishing during your stay.

There is over flow parking located near the Scale House for excess vehicles, trailers, etc. Please keep vehicles parked in the site designated to you, not in vacant sites. This also consists of not parking sideways to your camper or where you may be intruding on another guest’s space or blocking street traffic.
We are a pet friendly community, but peta needs to be on a leash at all times with a human attached to the other end. Please don’t leave or tied up outside your camper. Portable pens are welcome. Be mindful of where your pet chooses to potty and always clean up after they finish their business. Nothing makes for a grumpy camper more than a shoe in poo! Please do not bring your pets into the buildings, including restrooms or laundry facilities.
• Upon your day of arrival, you will pay a prorated amount for the current month plus $100.00 electric deposit. • The electric deposit will be applied to your final meter reading of your last month’s stay with us. • Monthly rent plus previously used electric is due on the 1st of each month. You will receive a statement on your door a couple days prior to the 1st. • Payments are considered late on the 5th and will be fined $25.00. An additional $5.00 is applied for every 5 days a payment is not received after that.
1. Most importantly: Be respectful of others, animals and the environment. You know… that whole do unto others thing. 2. A payment of 100% of reservation fee is required at time of booking. Advanced payments made over the internet are always paid by credit card. By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing Flat Creek Farms RV Resort to bill your credit card for the full amount of reservation, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at time of departure. Service charges may apply for changes to this reservation. One change to this reservation is allowed without incurring a service charge; all subsequent changes will be charged $5.00 per change. Cancellations are subject to a minimum $10.00 cancellation fee. In addition, Cancellations made within one (1) day of scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty equal to one (1) days reservation fee. Please contact the property for Cancellations or to make any Changes to your Reservation. 3. Respect the 15 mph speed limit as there are children on the premises. 4. If having items mailed to you, the Lot # needs to be included in the address for proper delivery. There is a public mailbox located at the front entrance. We are not responsible for guest mail and do not disperse mail to sites. 8. Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. 9. Smoking is not permitted in any enclosed building. Please dispose of butts properly and not on the ground. 10. We are a pet friendly community, but Fido needs to be on a leash at all times with a human attached to the other end. Open-ground fires and fireworks are not permitted at Flat Creek Farms RV Resort. 14. Please keep BBQ pits and grills on gravel surfaces, not on the grass. 15. Laundry facilities are available near the Scale House. Please do not hang clothes lines at your site. 16. Men’s and Women’s restrooms/showers are also available. We appreciate your help in keeping these areas clean. If you notice any damages or untidiness, please contact the office. 17. Do not wash vehicles or trailers on site. Mud is right up there with dog poo. 18. For monthly customers, billing is due on the 1st of the month and payment will be considered past due on the 5th. A late fee of $25 will be added to your account at this time. For every 5 days after that the balance is not paid in full an additional $5.00 will be added on. 19. Please notify the manager as soon as you know what date you intend to check out. If you are in need of assistance in the evening or on weekends, please call 254-662-9858. 20. Monthly payments can be handled in office, placed in the Deposit Box located at the Scale House or over the phone by calling 254-662-9858. 21. If any damages occur to Flat Creek Property during your stay, guest whose name is listed on the reservation is responsible and payment for damages will be deducted from the card on file.
