Sun Outdoors Mystic

Great Campground near Mystic Village and Seaport. Grounds were clean. Pull throughs made it easy to set up. After checking in and setting up we were informed the pool was closed. Only 80 degrees outside. WHY didn't they tell us before we checked in and PAID ??? We stayed Wednesday to Sunday. after 3 days you get a pumpout. not this time Sorry you must be there 4 days but they wont pump out on the day of departure the 5 day. Pay $20.00 and we will pump you out. Paid the $20.00 but didn't get pumped out till 4pm. The Manager was not very responsive to needs of the campers. She had all the excuses made up before you asked the questions. NO Chlorine for the pool she said. Sorry Not enough help to run the park. Stayed in SUN Resorts in many states. This is the first time I encountered a problem and the Management could care less PAY FIRST and we will see.. Manager asked me not to send a bad review as this could cost her !!!!

We have been there several times. Beautiful grassy sites. ....nice grounds......awesome coffee shop 1.5 miles from the camp ground. Mystic village beanery is a must!!!!!
