New management has no idea who is due, if your rent is due, or when the rent is due. They are towing people's homes and vehicles without completing the proper procedure. Not giving tenants warning before they take away their belongings. Floods? Yes! It is Dickinson's retention pond. The first time it flooded was October 2015, then August 2016, Aug 2017, October 3 and 4th 2018, and October 24, 2018.
