This place is a dump! Old trailers falling apart and junky. We actually left a day early so we wouldnt have to smell the leaking water at the rv next to us

Great location. Walking distance to beach. Site is completely adequate with no frills. Great value for location. Staff and long time residents are friendly. Be aware the water on site is not potable. No signs but it states so on the website

Host was very helpful and our spot was level. Nothing fancy but we came to hang out on the beach. Park had what we needed. We stay at Austin's Landing

When we pulled in on a cloudy dreary afternoon, we were slightly displappointed. The park is a little rough looking. There are plenty of full time folks there but most are reasonably kept. Our whole attitude changed over the next two days. Everyone was super friendly. The beach was two blocks away and despite a very high tide the walk was great. The warmth made everything brighter. Our only ‘ complaint’ would be the showers are at a sister park a half mile away. Would for sure return

Absolutely the most disgusting RV park I’ve ever been to Wi-Fi does not work. I had to leave. I thought I was going to have everything I had stolen lots of full-time RV years, but I’ve been there for years pretty much all drunks and drug attic’s.

Site was dirty. The cable for cable tv was ripped out like someone was still attached while leaving. Others were complaining they had no cable also. Hostess making excuses the salt air is corrosive.

Walking distance to stores, beach, food truck & margs. Will definitely be back! Neighbors were friendly. If all campers were straight in their lot, that would be great! Overall, no issues!

Hostess seemed amiable, provided basic guidance for late arrival. The location and site was not impressive. Heavily ladend with bugs and mosquitos. Our neighbor had a bright light facing our pop up camper. Little consideration. Only read later that there are no restrooms. We left and ended up staying at a hotel because we were so tired.
