Rules

Registration & Check-Out

All guests must register at the office upon arrival; all fees are due and payable at registration.
Check out time is 12 NOON.
Daily, weekly, and monthly renewals must be paid by 2 PM on the date they are due — NO EXCEPTIONS.
There is a $50 late fee plus a $10/day on all user fees not paid on or before 2 PM on the due date.
After three (3) days you will be asked to settle any/all outstanding charges and vacate the park.
Customers will have 24 hours from the time of their original reservation to cancel without additional cancellation charges.
No refunds once payment is processed.
There will be no refunds for early departure or for guests who fail to follow park rules.

Occupancy & Guests

Each site is limited to a single-family unit: one travel trailer or motor home and one vehicle.
Maximum occupancy per unit is four (4) persons: 2 adults and 2 children.
School age children are welcome for a maximum of a one-month stay.
Any guest(s) staying over two (2) days will be required to register with their vehicle information and driver's license(s) at the office.
A $3/day fee per each guest will be added.
Minors must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times when outside of your RV site area.
You are responsible for the conduct and behavior of your pet, child/children, and/or guest(s).

Security Deposit

A $150 security deposit is REQUIRED from all guests staying one (1) month or more.
The sewer hose must be kept in good repair at all times.
You must encase your sewer hose in a PVC pipe and run it underneath your RV whenever possible.
We are not responsible for damage from lawn maintenance workers or any other source.

Parking & Speed Limit

Parking is only allowed on the parking pad provided at each site, or in designated areas.
Parking is NOT allowed on the grass, in vacant sites, behind the office during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM), nor in any way blocking the fire lane along the fences or entrance/egress of other guests' vehicles.
Any vehicle parked otherwise will be towed at the owner's expense.
The park's SPEED LIMIT is 10 MPH — please advise any/all visitors.
Motorcycles may be operated between the park entrance and your campsite upon arrival and departure ONLY.
ATVs or off-road vehicles of any kind MAY NOT be operated on the park premises at any time.
Tenant agrees to maintain a current Registration and State Inspection of their vehicles and RV at all times. Vehicles and RVs without current registration or state inspection will be towed at owner's expense.

Quiet Hours & Conduct

Quiet time is from 9 PM to 7 AM.
Please respect other people's privacy and property.
Walk on paved street and not through other guests' campsites.
Profanity, loud and unnecessary noises, and improper conduct are PROHIBITED.
Drugs, use of firearms, and fireworks are strictly prohibited.
NO PUBLIC CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL is allowed. Any violation of this rule will constitute an immediate eviction.
Cutting, disturbing, destroying, or defacing trees, property, grounds, buildings, facilities, roads, etc. will constitute an immediate eviction.

Pet Rules

One pet (12 lbs. or less) is welcome, as long as it remains in your RV.
Whenever the pet is outside of your RV, it must be on a leash, and you must be on the other end of the leash.
Designated pet areas are along the fences on either side of the asphalt driveway.
Your pet is not permitted to be staked outside.
Your pet is not allowed in the Park Office or Laundromat.
Pet waste must be bagged and disposed of properly.
Failing to declare and maintain true, accurate, and complete information regarding your pet status on the office copy of the site service agreement will be considered a violation of PARK RULES.

Site Maintenance & Storage

Your site must be clean and tidy in appearance at all times.
You are responsible for ensuring your site stays clean of any debris, pet waste, cigarette butts, etc.
Nothing is to be placed on the grass.Small items (shoes, toys, charcoal, chairs, cleaning equipment, etc.) must be in a storage tote.
Acceptable items for storage outside of your RV: 2 potted plants (small or medium), 2 bicycles (secured at all times), 1 satellite dish, 2 storage/tote containers with secure lids (not to exceed 3'×4'×2'), 1 BBQ pit (small or medium), 1 2'×3' mat or stepping stones, 1 pet carrier.
When these items are not in use, they must be stored under your RV.
We are not responsible for loss or damage of any property.

Electrical & Utilities

Generators of any type are PROHIBITED.
Only factory-supplied electrical cords are allowed.
No modified cords of any kind will be accepted.
Make sure to check your plug and connections at least once every 60 days.

Laundry & Waste

Any type of outdoor clotheslines and/or hanging of clothes outdoors are prohibited.
A laundry facility is provided for park guests ONLY — do your part and help keep it clean.
A dumpster is provided for disposal of regular household waste.
Any/all boxes must be broken down before discarding.

Vehicle Washing & Repairs

Washing vehicles or RVs is not allowed unless prior approval is first obtained from the office. (A $10 wash fee will be required.)
Any/all mechanical repairs, including oil changes and/or lubing, are PROHIBITED within the park.
