Overall Rating: 4.5

Conveniently located. affordable. lots were level. Bathroom was warm and clean.

Campground Response

Thank you for your review. We try to keep prices reasonable, all of our lots are very level. The bathhouse is an area we take pride in, it’s always clean and we added those wall heaters last year so our guests could use it year round and be comfortable as well.

Dale Thomas

Second visit. Willie was helpful and friendly. We were the only ones there. Quite and great location.

Campground Response

thanks for staying with us, Willie is absolutely wonderful we’re glad you love her as much as we do. If you don’t mind cooler weather and the chance of freezing temps this time of year things slow down life gets simpler and it’s a wonderful time to visit Eureka Springs

Donna Harlow

Very nice folks! 5 stars

Campground Response

Thank you very much! We look forward to the next time we see you.

Juan Camacho

did not like that nobody was available or returned my message I left several times on voice mail. the property wasn't like it showed on- line. area we were parked at was very mudding especially during a raining day. it just wasn't a RV park would of preferred.

Campground Response

when staff leaves at 5 PM the phones are forwarded to the New Orleans Hotel they are monitored Monday through Thursday till midnight Friday Saturday Sunday till 2 AM, any messages that are left after close at night are returned the following day . I’ve gone back and looked at both phones no call from your number nor any messages were left. Very well may have dialed the wrong number, we have staff on site till five every day and we have one staff member that lives on site. As to mud not even sure how to respond to that we had 2 inches of rain in six hours, but yes rain equals wet and muddy.

Susan Sanders

Loved the park, very peaceful with easy access to the area.

Campground Response

Thank you for staying with us and for the review, we look forward to seeing you again.

Dale Thomas

No staff around. Sites are not kept up. Trashy. (Dog poop bag in fire pit). Litter. Not all sites have tables and fire rings. Fire rings poorly maintained. Sites not level. Clean bathroom. Self serve store and laundry. Internet works intermittently and not dependable. 10 minutes to town and 1O minutes to dam. Stayed at end of the season. Maybe the place would be in better shape during the peak of summer.

Fehron Bivens

Nice people, clean facilities, close to town. My site was a pull through and was a little awkward to get a good position (for my 30 foot Trailer) in that would allow me to park my truck in the site as well as put my awning out. I ended up having to park my truck away from the site. Electric, sewer and water worked. The wifi worked but got really slow late in the evening when I'm sure all the other campers were soaking up.

Campground Response

Thank you for staying with us and your review, our sites can be a bit tight, topography in the ozark’s is interesting for sure. We look forward to your next stay with us.

Stephen Griffin

I’m a regular to Eureka Springs and when both of my two “regulars” were fully booked I took a chance on a Love Shack at Green Tree. I’m glad I did because I have a new favorite! Spacious, very clean, comfortable, management was super nice and efficient. I got a text that afternoon telling me exactly what to do for check-in since I was going to be after regular hours. Great place for walking a dog. The cabin is right along the highway but super quiet! We loved it and will be back!!

Campground Response

Thank you for taking a chance on us, I’m glad we exceeded your expectations and are now your new favorite place to stay. We look forward to seeing you again in the future

Julie Ervin

We stayed 3 nights here, loved it 😊 very clean, very nice people, very quiet, close to Lake Leatherwood and Historic downtown, while my husband fished I bought a 2 day pass for the trolley which picks you up right in front of the RV park and rode into town every day. I LOVE Eureka Springs 😊

Campground Response

Thank you for staying with us and writing this review. we look forward to seeing you all again.

Christina Burgess

We enjoyed the campground. When we got there is was pretty empty but by Friday all spots were filled. Their camp store and laundry was a nice touch. Despite the highway being right out front, the landscape did an amazing job of blocking out any highway noise. The gal was sweet, knew us by name and helped my husband get to the correct spot so there was no guessing on where to go. She got us checked in and gave us a map for town with a trolley schedule.

Campground Response

Thank you for staying with us, Willie is pretty awesome thanks for mentioning her as often our wonderful staff are overlooked.

Rob Levy

Friendly people and well-equipped site. Easy access to groceries, hardware and other stores and services, and to the lovely downtown area.

Campground Response

Thank you for staying with us, we hope to see you again.

Glenda Morrison

The campground was very convenient for all the things we wanted to do but that is it. The camp spots were VERY tight. I stated on my reservation the size of camper we had but guess that was overlooked. Good thing hubby is a good at backing our trailer! The sewer system needs worked on or fixed. The smell was awful. Having the camp spot next to us utilities right in front of our camper door was not good either. Not sure I would stay here again…needs some improvements 😔

Campground Response

Glenda, thanks for staying with us , your camper size wasn’t overlooked, you booked directly online and you had to put the type of rig, length, number of slides etc. Each spot specially won’t let you book if your rig is larger than it will fit. As to the septic, as you know it was user error from the guest next to you our camp manager went there when you complained figured it out and hooked the other persons septic up correctly. Not sure why people can’t be totally honest in a review, does it make you feel better to be dishonest?

Laura Matz

We stayed 3 nights. Enjoyed our stay, love the trolley to Downtown eureka springs. Picks up in front of campground. campsites are very close together which is ok if your sightseeing all day. bathrooms are clean and water is hot. had a problem of which Willy took a look at immediately. Would stay there again.

Campground Response

Willie is awesome and a great asset at the park. thank you for the review we look forward to seeing you again.

Jack Pritchett

Adequate. Sites are super close together. Very nice bathrooms! Close to town... but take the trolley.

Campground Response

Ozark’s camping is tight because of topography that’s for sure. Thank you for staying with us, and yes “take the trolly” to town.

Rebecca Cole

Wonderful place. Hosts were extremely courteous and helpful. Clean and neat, perfect location.

Campground Response

Thanks for staying with us, we strive to have the cleanest bathrooms and other facilities around.

Bob Morgan

Great location, nice bathrooms & showers.

Campground Response

Thank you for the review and staying with us. we are relatively type A when it comes to a clean bathhouse

Pattrick Self

Very nice camp site, staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay at park in the future.

Ashley Housman

We had a great fall break week and enjoyed our stay. Our feedback would be to have someone at check in to give our the Wi-Fi password or any other important information. We weren’t provided anything and then when we called after hours, an answering service gave us the wrong code. Also, the bath house had a locked door on it but the code to open it was taped above the lock for anyone to use. We didn’t feel safe staying in there for showers when the code was available for anyone to see and/or use. Would much rather get the code upon arrival or use key cards.

Campground Response

We're glad you enjoyed your stay and are sorry that you didn't get all the information you needed at check-in. We do remember you coming in and mentioning that your husband was on his way with the camper and would have been happy to answer any questions you had at that time. Also, we do have the codes to the bath house labeled on the doors to ensure that all guests have access. Not sure if you got a good look at them but the showers stalls are fully enclosed induvial rooms that lock from the inside, so safety and privacy should not be a problem.
