Poor camp ground, no picnic table, no Bar BBQ grill, no fire ring, no LP, no manager on site, little shade, owner said he was full up and could only give me the most expensive site when we got there the place was half empty. Would never stay there AGAIN.

Place is ok. Needs some work and it could be a nice place to stay. Not great for big rigs trying to navigate in and out.

Small park IMO no longer a bigger rig friendly park. The new cement pads are very nice but it is harder to park larger 5th wheels. We have stayed in park a few years ago.

We liked the smaller mom and pop feel to the park. There are lots of personal touches that made it feel cozy. The park is in a beautiful location and the staff were friendly.

We always have a great stay at Green Tree Lodge! Checking in is a breeze and the host/manager is always very communicative. The location has excellent proximity to town. We love that there is a little trail where we can walk out dog and get some fresh air. The bathhouse is always clean. Great place the stay!

If you drive or tow a big rig do NOT make a reservation here. We made a reservation and were told to call when we got into our space. We were in a 42' motorhome and could not get into the space we were assigned. In fact we damaged our rig trying. We couldn't get around the ring road without disconnecting our car and backing up. Needless to say, there was not a person in the office and I had to leave a voicemail with the info provided here. They processed our credit card with the entire amount and did not credit the amount back. We received no returned call after 3 voicemails were left. We were also way overcharged a total of $455.88. We. ended up in a much better spot for $400 for a week with a wonderful spot. We travel 6 months of the year and for years and have never had this happen.

Stayed at Greentree in Dec 2023 for five nights. Derrick was very helpful and responsive. The trolley is a great benefit, can ride all around Eureka Springs, Passion Play, hiking trails. The park was good, clean.

....Mixed feelings. On one hand the service was very good. Derrick acted fast to remedy the hook-ups (water and electric) issues. On the other hand, this park needs a lot of maintenance work. The electrical service for the outer ring at the back of the park has big issues, The voltage drops to 108V (aka Brown-Out) as soon as you draw more than 18 amps. The electric posts are falling apart and wiring is exposed. The water was off when I arrived and still had low pressure on this outer ring after it was turned on. Derrick moved me to space 4 in the inner pull throughs and water and electric worked OK. I can't imagine how this can work in August when the park is full and everyone has their AC on. I was there in November with only 3 RVs with heat on. There is also a sewer leak near the shower house. After each person used the shower house, the driveway and hillside became a soggy mess.

Cute little ES rv park. The staff was great and very accommodating. I love that there is a little trail all around the park that I could walk my dog on. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of how cramped it is when full but that's to be expected when so close to all the great things in ES

We stayed here at Green Tree Campground in our class A motorhome. The campground was a little tight, but it was vary manageable. We did not use their bathrooms so no review on that facility. The sights are very level and grounds were mowed and very clean. The cabins and love shacks looked very cute from the outside. Campground is close to many restaurants and they offered a trolly service for downtown. I would recommend this campground if looking for one in Eureka Springs, AR.
