We offer 30/50 amp sites along with self storage units. With a brand new clubhouse and facilities, residents are never bored. Brand new swimming pool AND kiddie splash-pad, hot spa for the adults, gym, business center, pool table, shuffle board, showers, card and coin laundry facilities are a few of the amenities one can enjoy. We haven't been here long but this is what I have seen so far. Nowhere for children to play. They have to play in the roadways and vehicles are always speeding through. Potholes. The pond is a safety hazard if you have children. No fence around it. Trash all around the pond. Cats and dogs running loose. Horrible wifi. RVs that are about ready to fall apart. The blond lady in the office is very rude and disrespectful. We shouldn't be here long thank goodness. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Hello J thank you for your feedback. There are a few places for children to play around the clubhouse and pool area. Unfortunately RV parks rarely have playgrounds. We always try to enforce speed limits but we cannot control every single person in the park. We do have speed bumps all around the park. The pond is there for catch and release fishing. Parents need to watch their children around the entire park, that is not managements responsibility. Trash around the park? We keep this place very clean. Occasionally a cat or dog might get away from their owner, but we are very proactive about that. Our WiFi is probably the best in the area, we have done quite extensive work to provide fast speeds to our customers. Our park does not allow RVs older than 2010 in the park. The blonde lady's name is Angela and she is the office manager. She is there to enforce the rules, just like any other manager. We hope you find a place that meets all your 100 needs. There are a lot of old campers that look like they are ready to fall apart. Bathrooms don't feel safe. Trash on the grounds. Internet is always down but you will be given excuses for that. Break ins in vehicles and the office staff doesn't tell anyone about it. Apparently the solution is to put up a fence with razor wire so you feel like you are in a prison. The office ladies are so incredibly rude. I have heard Angela (the manager) yelling at staff and be so rude on the phone. We were here only a month and had to get out due to the fact if you try and talk to Angela about anything you are rudely disregarded and told no one else is complaining when in fact there have been multiple complaints. All I can say is beware if you stay here. Cheap price but not worth having to deal with Angela's lies and rude attitude.

Hello L and thank you for your feedback. We have a policy that does not allow RV older than 2010 in our park. Internet works very well in our park and we have extensive coverage. We are always picking up trash around the park, maybe it fell out of your RV? Unfortunately breaks ins happen at all businesses from time to time, but you can prevent that by just locking up your vehicles and belongings. We are not putting up razor wire fences, but we do want to secure the park from the neighborhoods in the back. Our office ladies are rude? I have heard quite the opposite from everyone else in the park. Beware if you stay here? Sounds like we need to beware of you. Well we hope you find a park that can live up to all of your wants and needs.

This place is the worst. Office staff is so incredibly rude. Office staff will degrade you, steal from people when deposits don't get returned and they have no clue what happens in the park. Old outdated rvs that are very unkept. Many rules that dont apply to everyone. Yards are overgrown and unkempt. Vehicles broken into and you are never notified of those instances. Pool is always out of order. Use a water filter because water has a brown tint to it. If you have any issues after hours there is no one to contact. Office says open til 5pm but is always closed by 4pm. This place has potential but putting up with management just isn't worth it. Angela and Lilly are just the worst thing that has happened to this place. All these prices listed are wrong. Prices have been raised again.

Hello T and thank you for your feedback. This place is the worst? You make it sound like you were forced to live here. Why not just move out? Office staff will degrade you? I have never heard that once from anyone else in the park. We steal your deposits? Sound like you didn't follow our policies and were not given back a refund. Rules are there for a reason. Rules apply to everyone. Yards are cut every week by and landscaping company. Pool is working and people are in it as I am typing this response. Water comes from a local water treatment plant. If the water was brown then the whole area would be complaining. We have an emergency number for after hours. The office stays open until 6:30pm on many days in the week. I could keep going on for all of your issues but I hope you find a place that fulfills all your needs.
