Excellent experience. Campground is clean and owner was so helpful. We have family in the area and will be staying here again soon.

Camp David is currently under construction. Sites are relatively small, but are concrete, very level, and have a concrete place to park your vehicle as well. Right on the water and VERY conveniently located (less than 5-15 minutes from anything you want), when it’s completed it will be really awesome. The owner is fantastic- you’ll see him flitting around from dusk to dawn working hard at getting the place finished and is VERY nice. He has no problem remedying any problem you may experience. Due to the excessive amount of rain we have had in South Mississippi this year (double our normal 36 inches to date), it is VERY wet and VERY muddy. That is not the fault of the owner or the park. Welcome to Mississippi. If you’re afraid of mud, camping in MS might not be for you. The pool, laundry facilities, and office are not yet available, but kayaks appear to be. There is a large open field where it appears they’ll be adding more sites and activities. My kids had fun chasing the large Grasshoppers and playing in the open field in the meantime. We will certainly return here when we return to the area and are excited to see it finished and support a very hardworking and kind owner!

This place will be beautiful when finished. As of now, no bath house or laundry ! Pool just begun and is just a deep hole in ground. Roads are busted up and are huge mud puddles of water. RV got filthy driving in to park. The owner works hard but is overwhelmed. We left early. 🤨😞

While the owner worked hard and all day everyday that we were there, the campground needs lots of attention; beach area, pool and bar & grill (where we are assuming the campground office, bath house and laundry will be located) are still under construction. Although we have never been to a campground with nicer campers (both long term and short term), we had booked with two other family members for the July 4th weekend and upon our arrival, we discovered our spot was occupied, so our overall experience was modified from the get go. The owner did ask if we wanted him to move the camper occupying our rented space, but the camper owner was not there and we had no idea when the camper owner would return, so we did go to the other vacant space because we felt that was our only choice at the time. Since there is no working office for check-in, just had to wander around until the owner came around. Sites are small and some are built in reverse of what they should be. Our site had sewer issues so we had to use an adjacent camper's sewer service when needed. It rained quite a bit, so the roads held mud and lots of water. This review is not meant to harm the campground business, just make people aware of what to expect should they make a decision to stay there. Again, we cannot complain about the campground owner, he worked hard, was very nice and did everything he could to accomodate any situation he was faced with. Even in its current condition, we would stay at this campground again because it is a safe place if we were looking for a place just to park and sleep. The campground location is wonderful to the Biloxi beach area, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. We feel certain that one day this campground will be a very nice destination when all proposed improvements are completed.

The week we stayed, they had scraping the coast, with low rider trucks, with a lot of kids. We liked this place because it was away from all of that. You could get on I10 and be at Hard Rock in about 10 min. Had few hook up issues and no shade but over all it was ok. I would recommend if you just going to gamble.

Derek Pardoe

My fiancé and I love this place, it’s quiet and clean, quite a few extended stay people but it isn’t a dump like a lot of extended stay areas. Would recommend.

Andrew Creighton

Camp ground is not yet finished no bath house completed yet. The owner was very accommodating. Enjoyed my stay nice little campground with boat ramp just across the road. Really impressed with the owner making sure there was no problems that arose during our trip.

Alejandro Perez

Amazing time there and can’t wait to see it completely finish! Will be back for sure!

Sammy Murphy

Very Quiet and peaceful and in a beautiful location. The owner is super nice and helpful.

David Blanchard

This campground is a beautiful location. The owner is really nice and he is building a little piece of paradise. When it is done it will be one of the best! I hope he adds laundry facilities.

We had an awesome weekend! Mark (the owner) went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay at Camp David! We were made to feel like family, real family. We WILL frequent this campground in the future!

Dina Taylor

We stayed 3 nights. It's a great place for kids and adults. Host was very nice and accomadating. Enjoyed our time we spent there. Will definitely go back.

It’s a real nice place. We only stayed o e night but everything was good. I would go back again.

This place has great potential, its very close to i10, it’s in a beautiful setting, sites are concrete and level, but it’s just not finished yet. The owner told me he’s in the process of trying to secure funds needed to finish the park. But in spite of this I would recommend for an overnight, I feel the price is a bit high, it should be $35 a night while under construction. There is no staff available to you at all, you have to call a number on a trailer and he will call you back. At one point, another RV’er showed up to check in and was unable to get in touch with anyone so they just left for another park. If it was cleaned up a bit more in the, condition it’s currently in, (more attention to the landscaping and picking up dog poop), it would be more attractive. I must commend the owner on his drainage, we had an horrendous amount of rain for over 24hrs and the was very little pooling!

Joyce Boswell

Scenic location convenient to I 10, shopping and restaurants. Nice to have concrete pads and asphalt roads. We stayed in site 11, a back in with parking on the side for our car; our coach is 30ft and it fit but not much room behind or on sides. Utilities worked fine. Owner has made efforts to make it inviting for guests even though the development is still under construction. We would stay there again.

Mardy & Kim Mills

Very Very Nice!!!, Owner has top notch first class superior vision for future development and customer expectations!. This place is beautiful, can’t wait to see it all come to life.

Margo Nilsson

Place has potential!! There was no one in the office for check in. Spaces tight! Would go back and hope it is able to live up to the owners expectations!!!

Janet Weber

This location is beautiful and convenient. However, it needs to be completed, better organized and managed. Hopefully it will reach its potential. Best of luck!

Stephanie Mcleod

By far one of our favorite places we have stayed . The owner Mark and Ms. Pam are both totally awesome. We enjoyed some kayaking along with the beautiful scenery .

Jared Sison

Was not really kid friendly loose construction materials everywhere, random wire ran all over the ground and the roads were always flooding and have begun to fall apart. When we showed we had someone parked in our spot we reserved. Several times stray dogs ran up to my dog when I would walk him.
