The Bayou Bend RV Resort is located in the beautiful town of Baytown and is a great spot for an authentic Texas vacation. Campers can look forward to as number of nearby water-related activities at places like the gorgeous pond at the Bay Town Nature Center, Pirates Bay Waterpark, and there's also quiet a few public parks like the Roseland, Allenbrooks and Jenkins Parks. The Baytown Historical Museum is a camper favorite, as is Goose Creek Park. There's also a long list of excellent restaurants and picnic areas, and many out-of-town travelers are sure to pause at dusk with a small snack to enjoy the sunset and stargazing. Amenities at the park include: water, pet area, walking trails, sewerage, WIFI, pull thrus, restrooms, showers and 30/50 amp sites. Hope to see you soon!

Exactly like previous poster said. The “trail” around the retention area (my kids call the snake pit because of how many snakes we have seen there. Right by the playground) also stinks. And the picture of that playground equipment is false advertising. They playground is actually broken down, falling apart toddler slide. There are a set of swings near the cabins but they are not in much better shape. And the kids were told they couldn’t play hopscotch at the playground because they would have to clean it up. These kids are too old (6-8) for the toddler slide and it was about to rain, rain washes away chalk. How many of y’all still have chalk on your sidewalks that y’all drew during quarantine? And what would a hopscotch game hurt at a PLAYGROUND anyway? I’d get it if it were the like at the office or something. And the washers are not worth 2 cents but they cost more than any other RV park’s washer & dryer i have ever used. 2.50 to wash one load of laundry but the loads are so small you can’t fit more than one Nomex in one washing machine. So just to wash a week’s worth of clothes is 17.50 and that’s not counting drying which is another 14.

There are no pull thru sites and no nature trails unless you count the path behind the retention ditch where several people and pets have come across snakes.
