The days of using a second calendar to keep track of your available sites are no more. With the RoverPass Availability Calendar, your site availability automatically updates in real-time and displays all available and booked sites all in one place!

Campers can now choose from your available sites that match their desired dates and make payments right from your website. Once the reservation has been placed, you can see it on the calendar along with the rest of your bookings. 



From the Calendar view, you can edit your reservations and view their status and details all in one centralized location.



For travelers that walk up or book over the phone, you can enter their reservation using the new POS system. Their payment will be processed and you can collect all their relevant rig information. 


For campgrounds and RV parks currently using the RoverPass Reservation Request System, nothing will change for you and you can continue to manually approve your reservations to maintain control over your calendar.
