Horseshoe RV Park is located in the beautiful Texas town of Ranger and is a great spot for an easy-going southern vacation. Campers can look forward to acres of wide open space for exploring, hiking, ATV touring, biking, boating, fishing, sunset viewing, and stargazing. The Albany Inn & RV Campground is located in the beautiful and cozy town of Albany, Texas and is a great place for an authentic southern vacation. Campers can look forward to excellent weather, great local eats and well-known attractions like the Fort Griffin State Historical Park, Flying A Classic Car Museum and the Old Jail Art Center. There's also the Monument to Georgia Volunteers and Bid Matthews. With so much open spaces and wide, clear skies, travelers can also expect great hiking, biking, sunset viewing and stargazing. 

Lake Sweetwater Municipal Park is a big rig and pet friendly campground located on 2125 FM Road 1856 in Sweetwater, TX. The site includes water, sewer, electricity.

Built this park with the thought in mind of making sure everyone who comes through our beautiful park feels at home and welcome. With our huge Riverfront access to the South Llano River, nature is blended smoothly with the RV Park’s infrastructure. Keeping in mind the newer RV Buses, the RV sites are wide, straight, and long enough to accommodate any size Rig. We also have a beautiful tenting area with shared water and electric and 9 cabins with three levels of amenities to suit anyone’s needs. Bring your canoes, tubes, kayaks, boats, or fishing gear and have wonderful time. If you need a rental, we can offer a place to rent them from as well.

Oakdale Park, listed in the National Register of Historic Places, has been providing recreational opportunities for families since 1925.  We offer cabins, RV & tent sites, meeting rooms, a playground, picnic sites, recreational equipment, an outdoor stage, paved lanes for the kids and their bikes, a very large, 330,000 gallon swimming pool, a coin laundry, and campground store all for your family's benefit and enjoyment.  Beginning with a CASI Chili Cook Off and IBCA BBQ Cookoff, from February through December there's almost always something happening.  Since 1972, Oakdale has been home to a Spring and and Fall Bluegrass Jamboree (1st Saturday in April and 1st Saturday in October, respectively); since 1982, it has been home to the Lone Star State Dulcimer Festival (Mother's Day weekend); and, since 1987, it has been home to a Fall Woodcarving Show and Rally.  For several years the Paluxy River Bluegrass Association has been hosting 3rd Saturday jam sessions and free stage shows at Oakdale as well.  Many families have been coming here for their reunions for decades.  And, many RV clubs regularly hold rallies here.  As you can see, during our first 100 years, many traditions have sprung up and taken hold.  We're located across the street from the Paluxy River, where you'll find the City of Glen Rose's free Big Rocks Park and River Walk. Next to the Big Rocks is a small dam, a miniature golf course, and a snow cone shack.  Combine those "backyard" attractions with Fossil Rim, Dinosaur Valley State Park, Dinosaur World, the Creation Evidence Museum, The Promise, Barnard's Mill Museum, historic downtown Glen Rose, Squaw Creek Golf Course, and canoeing and tubing at the nearby Brazos River crossing, and there's plenty to keep our guests, both young and old, entertained.
