We offer full hook-up RV sites, rentable camping trailers, and several private rooms for overnight accommodations, as well as several water and electric only RV sites. We have almost unlimited primitive tent camping, as well as a number of tent sites with water and electric service.  Other amenities include a well-appointed unisex restroom and shower facility, picnic areas, fire bowls, RV dump station and a clubhouse to name a few. Pine Ridge is a Small House (Mobile Homes & Cabins) and RV Community nestled conveniently along Interstate 20 in Longview Tx. But don’t worry, just because we’re close to the interstate, we are surrounded by beautiful tress on all sides and it’s an incredibly peaceful community and environment. Pine Ridge provides a small community atmosphere, with a majority of our residents having resided here for many, many years. There are a total of 38 lots so we’re not too big, but not too small either. We are located at 1060 I-20 West Access Rd, Longview, Tx 75603. We are also going through some major capital improvements, including the improvement of lots, a new park and picnic area. We also have excellent lighting, are in the process of further upgrading our Laundry room and working on an upcoming nature trail walk with our adjoining acreage that will be peaceful and great for an exercise as well. Please take note that we do not have WiFi provided in the park but if you are planning to become a long term resident, we might be able to help you get one. We also provide and finance mobile homes and small/tiny homes for our residents and can do the same for you if you would like to consider calling the Pine Ridge Community your home. Please take note that we do not have a physical office at the park so you might have to check-in to the lot assigned to you yourself.  Lake Fork Ranch Resort is located in the beautiful town of Emory, Texas. It is a great place for a quiet, relaxing vacation away from the noise and traffic of the city. Onsite, travelers can expect great bass and crappie fishing. Sunset viewing and stargazing are also very popular at the ranch due to the natural darkness. The park offers 50 RV spots that include water, sewer, electricity and trash disposal. Fully-outfitted cabin rentals with satellite TV, a microwave, a coffee maker and mini-fridge are also available. Our park has a Bait Shop with tackle, live bait, ice, drinks, and snacks for your convenience. We do have a concrete boat ramp and a fishing pier that is right on the creek channel. Great fishing of Bass, Catfish, and Crappie, so don't forget your boat. Lots of green space for gathering and a community fire-pit.   We are a recreational facility and do not offer FULL TIME LIVING. However, we do offer extended stays for transitional purposes; ie: working, building, or moving to our area.
