-Do not leave your things unattended in the washers and dryers.

-Please be courteous of your time spent in the bathrooms.

-Be mindful of using cleanliness with how you leave the bathroom after you have used the toilet or showers. Leave them just as clean as when you went in PLEASE.

-Be respectful of others space inside the facility.

-The toilet paper, soap, and paper towels are provided for the facilities bathrooms ONLY. Please be mindful of how much you use and do not take from the bathroom.

-Excessive noise/nuisance created by guests/visitors will not be tolerated. We have quiet time in the park from 10PM to 6AM.

-Common courtesy shall prevail between all persons at North Point RV Park. Obnoxious, profane, abusive, or threatening language or behavior or actions directed at management or guests that could adversely affect the enjoyment of other parties utilizing our facility and on our park grounds is prohibited; anyone engaging in such activity will be required to leave the park IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT refund at the sole discretion of park management.

-DO NOT dig or make any alterations to your site without permission from management. Do not cut through occupied campsites. Respect your neighbor's space and privacy and please obtain common courtesy.

-All persons must have a valid drivers license to operate any motorized vehicle on the property premises.

-No parking on the street on in the grass.

-Park your vehicle in your assigned site only. Any vehicles parked in a vacant site without management approval will be charged for the space at a daily rate.

-No repairs or washing of vehicles or RV's is allowed on the park premises.

-Golf carts must be well maintained and compliant with local laws.

-THERE IS A 5 MPH SPEED LIMIT AT ALL TIMES THROUGHOUT THE PARK PREMISES.

-Dispose of cigarettes in proper receptacles. Do not throw them on the ground anywhere on park premises. Smoking is PROHIBITED inside the park building/laundry room area.

-Absolutely no use of firearms or fireworks is allowed on the premises.

-All weapons shall be kept in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws.

-No alcohol is permitted in any common area on the premises.

We North Point RV Park, staff, or owner will not be responsible for people of any age driving while under the influence.

- NO CRIMINAL OR DRUG RELATED ACTIVITY IN OR NEAR THE PARK WILL BE TOLERATED AS LAW ENFORCEMENT WILL BE INVOLVED.

-Wildlife/farm animals are not allowed on park premises.

-We offer a fenced dog park for you to exercise your pet. Please read and abide by the dog park rules.

-ALL pets must be on a leash AT ALL TIMES unless inside the dog park.

-Pick up your pets waste IMMEDIATELY and dispose of it properly. This includes around your site and anywhere on the facility. If not compliant you will be asked to vacate the premises.

-Management reserves the right to refuse pets based on breed/behavior.

-Animals are the exclusive responsibility of their owners. Noisy pets will not be tolerated.

-Pets may not be left outside anattended.

-All visitors must comply with all park rules and regulations and you are held responsible for holding your visitors to that.

-You are responsible for the safety and conduct of your children and visiting guests.

-Children under the age of 14 must have adult supervision in all common areas.

-Children must be supervised and accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.

-Registration and payment due immediately upon arrival or prior to, unless you have spoken to management to make arrangements. No exceptions.

-All monthly tenants, payment is due on the 1st of every month with a 5 day grace period: late charges will accrue thereafter. Failure to pay will result in vacating the premises or law enforcement will be involved.

-All RV's must be fully self-contained, well-kept and in good condition. RV's 10 years or older MUST BE approved by park management PRIOR to arrival.

-A 5 MPH speed limit is strictly enforced throughout the park.

-A max of 4 people, one RV, 2 vehicles allowed per site. An additional $10/person will be applied per night.

-No tent camping or sleeping in vehicles outside of the RV.

-No sub-leasing is allowed.

-No open campfires allowed. Manufactured outdoor cooking/charcoal grills are permitted.

-Manufactured above ground firepits are permitted only if there is a proper fire arrestor used. No clotheslines, freezers, refrigerators, tarps, ac units out of windows, fencing, barriers, pallets, dog kennels, pens, or dog runs allowed.

-You are responsible for keeping your site tidy and clean with no items leaned against or sitting around in excess on your site.

-All water hoses/sewer lines must be free from leaks: and sewer hoses must have a do/nut or threaded attachment into the sewer.

-Solicitation or signs for the sale of products/services will not be allowed.

-Reservation is viewed as a two way agreement. We hold the space which you have reserved turning away all future requests in return for your payment or deposit.

-Keep your site tidy, free of clutter, and dispose of all trash properly in designated receptacles. Decorations must be tasteful and timely.

-All hookups (sewer, water, electric) must be correctly and safely installed, with no leaking hoses or cords running through windows. We REQUIRE a positive sewer seal.

*Damage to park property, including but not limited to restrooms, utilities, landscaping, vehicles, lights, or signage is strictly prohibited. Guests will be held responsible for the repair of any damages. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. North Point RV Park assumes no responsibility for fire, theft, vandalism, natural happenings, injury, accidents or losses from any cause. North Point Rv Park reserves the right to limit the stay and number of persons per site. Willful violation of these rules will result in termination of tenancy and barring from the property. These rules and regulations supersede and previously written or discussed rules and regulations and rates may be changed at any time without prior notice. Please report any problems to park management immediately. Please notify park management of any incident or accident as soon as possible.
