General Acknowledgment

Ground disposal of any drain water (gray or black) is prohibited by State Law. Wastewater from RVs (including sink water) must be disposed of into sewer drains. Do not put grease down the sewer. Sewer connections are required by state law and must have a tight seal by a sewer donut (or sewer ring) or a screw-type connector. Use of firearms and fireworks is strictly prohibited. To receive mail or packages: 4069 County Rd. SE 4250, Mt. Vernon, TX 75457 No Smoking inside any resort buildings or in swimming pool area. Satellite dishes must not be placed on trees. Satellite dish must be attached to your unit or directly in front of or behind your unit. Wires should not be in the way of park maintenance. VIOLATION OF THESE GUIDELINES could result in ejection from the park without a refund. Other Policies Rates are subject to change without notice. The Guest assumes all risks and danger incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoor environment including specifically (but not exclusively) the danger of being injured by insects or other animals. Resort and it’s owners, agents and employees are not liable for injuries or property damages resulting from such causes MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE, LIMIT THE LENGTH OF STAY AND THE NUMBER OF PERSONS OR VEHICLES PER SITE AND/OR EVICT ANY PERSON OR PARTY WITHOUT REFUND. CAMPING IS AN OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE, THEREFORE WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS DUE TO WHIMS OF MOTHER NATURE!

Vehicle's rules

Only electric-operated vehicles are permitted. Only licensed drivers should operate. VEHICLE REPAIRS: Vehicles and RV repairs are not permitted in the park. You may check local listings for businesses that provide these services. RV WASHING: You are not permitted to wash your RV at our resort. Lucky 7 Truck Wash is available at 1316 Holbrook St. in Mt. Vernon.

Do not cut trees

Firewood sold in office. Campfires only in fire rings. No trash in fire pits.

cooking / Fire Ring

These are intended for cooking and campfires only. Please do not put ANYTHING besides firewood in the rings. NO TRASH of any kind should be found or there will be a cleaning fee implemented. CHILDREN: Guests are responsible for all behavior of children. All children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older in the pool area.

Site Occupancy

Only one (1) RV is allowed per campsite. Max 6 campers per site then $5 for additional per campers. Please do not place mats on grass area.

Quiet hours

10 p.m. to 7a.m.

Speed Limit

5 mph. Please observe our speed limit to ensure the safety of all our guests. Remember…children are playing!

Pet Policy

Pet are allowed on leash at all times besides in the dog park or any authorized pet friendly area, no pets allowed in bath house. Pets are allowed in cabins with a $250 refundable security/pet deposit. $250 security/pet deposit for cabins only pets are free for RV stays! Pets allowed with Pet Deposit. Max pets 2 unless approved by management. Any animal that displays dangerous behavior is not allowed. Pets must have current shots and ID tag. Pets must be on a leash when outside the unit except in dog park area. Pets may not be left outdoors unattended. Any pet that is persistently noisy we will ask it be removed from the park. YOU are responsible for picking up and properly disposing of pet droppings immediately. Doggy doo bags are available in office store. *DO NOT wash your dog in the Bathhouse. Dukes Travel Plaza at 300 SE Access Rd. in Mt. Vernon has a Dog Wash
