Sponsored Youth Group Campground is an amazing camping site located in Llano, Texas, and is reserved only for sponsored, nonprofit youth groups. It offers lush greenery with quality sites excellent for camping and outdoor recreational activities. The site has been well maintained by creditable management and efficient on-site staff that provides accommodating services. Activities and Amenities: The campground has a 1/2-acre camping area and also parking for nine vehicles allowing up to 64 people per site. Also present at the site is a covered pavilion with seating for 24. Close by is a large group of fire rings, two regular fire rings with cooking grills, and a water spigot. Enchanted Rock State Natural Area is, as the name suggests, an enchanting park located at Fredericksburg, Texas. Present in the park is the massive pink granite dome rising above Central Texas which has been a great tourist attraction for year. But there’s more at Enchanted Rock State Natural Area than just the dome. The scenery, rock formations and legends are magical, too! Parrie Haynes Ranch Equestrian Center is settled along the Lampasas River on about 1600 acres of Hill Country terrain. West Fort Hood borders our northern side. The acreage is teeming with natural wildlife and native plants with trails that wind through rolling native prairies, pastures, cedar/oak trees, and crystal clear streams. The Priddy Cabin was built here in 1859. Other homes were scattered across the ranch and have only foundations remaining. Please be careful and respect our heritage. Visit the Parrie Haynes Ranch Museum in the Clubhouse (not big but a labor of love for our history). Families welcome! A full service campground located in Central Texas. The main camp is about 24 acres out of 1600.  Currently, there are 40 complete sites with 30 & 50 amp electricity, water, and pens at individual sites! We have 86 pens and a few corrals. There is a half size arena, round pen, and a fun obstacle course for you and your equine to enjoy. The footing is a combination of sand, caleche, and rock.  My mule is not shod but if your animal is not used to this terrain, I would advise shoes or boots. Keeping Texas Trails open for Equestrians, Hikers, Trail-Runners, and Mountain Bikers.

Krause Springs is a well known swimming hole and camping area located in the beautiful Hill Country of Texas. The 115 acre property is listed on the National Registry of Historical Sites and has been privately owned by the Krause Family for over 50 years. The property has many natural sites to explore -- 32 springs feed a manmade pool as well as a natural pool featuring a waterfall and underwater caves. Guests are welcome to explore many walking trails, shady picnic areas, fishing spots and take a stroll through the Butterfly Gardens. Be sure to make time to relax or take a nap while listening to the music of the wind chimes and the fountains. There are many designated areas to primitive camp surrounded by nature as well as 24 RV sites with water and electricity (20/30/50 amp) available. This RV Park is located on a secluded part of the San Marcos River just outside of Martindale, Texas. It has unique views and great access to the river. It has a spectacular view from the high bluff overlooking the river bend and the "rapids", as well as a couple of great gravel shoal access points that will lead you to great fishing and or lounging on the river. Bath house and laundry coming in late 2022.

Open year-round, Yanawana Camp is a 2.4 acre RV Park consisting of 4 back-in sites with full hook-ups (20-30-50 amp, water and sewer). Currently, NO restrooms, showers, laundry are available. Receded riverbed has water for fishing but it is a bit of a walk to get to it.  Bring your own bait and gear - Please come prepared. Bring your own food, drink, ice, tables, chairs, tents, hammocks, bikes to ride, games, cooking utensils and cookware and any camping related items. There are stores ten to twenty minutes away but dining and shopping is a distance.  - Pets allowed on leash only (no loose dogs to visit your neighbors please)  - No refunds will be given for early departure or due to acts by Mother Nature  - Volleyballs and corn hole bags can be checked out at the Office with an Valid ID, then returned to the Office or Camp Check In Staff. You are welcome to bring your own but please limit play time to two hours if others are waiting to use the area  - No fireworks; No firearms unless it is following State Laws for Open Carry. Absolutely NO firing of ANY weapons.   - Travel at 5 mph inside the campgrounds due to dust control and safety  - Do not cut or trim any trees or grapevines  - Music must be kept to an acceptable volume … your neighbor may not prefer to listen to your music. - Quiet time is 12AM-8AM on Fridays and Saturdays; Sundays thru Thursdays it is 11PM-8AM.  - Please respect your neighbors; don’t walk through their site, etc.  - All fires must be confined to the fire pits or fire rings – no open fires and do not relocate or move our rock rings.
